Me and my family stayed at the hotel for one night. The location is prefect , the rooms are clean and the food is very delicious ! I wish we could have stayed longer but the hotel was overbooked. We will definitely coming back next time ! Except for the long line at the reception the hotel is highly recommended... More

Apparently the Daniel does have a manager by the name of Lilach Damty, but on our visit there was very little evidence of management. On arrival the access road to the entrance was congested with illegally parked cars - there seems to be no-one stopping people from parking all the way up the road, limiting it to a narrow lane.... We booked two nights in a junior suite. When we Arrived there was no balcony and the executive lounge was closed. The room was dirty and tired. the Bath was cracked and unusable . They offered us another room which was just as bad. Whilst the staff did try to help they could do little more and agreed to rebate... More

We, my wife and my daughter 11 year old we spent 3 wonderful days at the Daniel Dead Sea luxurious hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy, polite service, the food is very delicious and varied. We visited at this hotel two years ago and there is a big improvement mainly waiting in the dining room line, previously we were... More

We had a negative experience on a spa day and wrote our comments here and got a response. There was a definite improvement: the upholstery on the lounge chairs in the spa had been replaced, the jacuzzi points in the fresh water pool of the spa were working well. In the outdoor pool area they had lunge beds with curtains... More

This huge hotel which once was one of the best, suffers now from years of neglence and poor service. Instead of enjoying a relaxing time we suffered from the loud noise of passing trucks and cars, very poor service, plenty of food but at the quality of a joint at a forsaken gas station. But above all are the small,... More

not value for the regular price. nearby Oasis is much better and cheaper.(after renovation). Daniel's standart rooms are small, without balcony with old furniture once bought in 80-s and never changed. Bathrom is old fashioned with hairdrier from 80-s. However rooms are clean, but need serious renovation. Doors are hardly opend because lock is old. Room with drinking water look... More

I arrived with a group of around 70 people for a fun day at the hotel. The hotel allowed our buses to come up the hill to the main entrance so we wouldn't have to walk up, even though the buses then had to backup down to the street level. In the hotel we were shown into a large conference... More
