We stayed here while on a tour of Egypt, Jordan, Israel. I was really unhappy with all the hotels on the tour except this one. It was clean, had internet, decent food, a nice pool. The spa has good prices. You can walk to the dead sea, or float in the same water that they heat up in a pool... more

I was very disappointed by my stay here. I encountered very brusque and unhelpful staff at the front desk, which seriously influenced my experience. At times I considered them extremely rude - a great suprise when you are the paying customer. The hotel seems better suited to handling large tour groups, not individuals. The room I was allocated was OK... more

Even though the place was packed..(no suprise), the staff was great, the pool full of activities for the kids, plently of tanning beds, towels, snacks, beverages.........and service 100%, even at 44 degrees celcius (end of August). Half board was justified with good fresh meals...........must diet after vacationing there Spa - a 100% must!!!! one of the best on the dead... more

We arrived on a Thursday evening and had a very easy check in (and check out on Saturday night) . The room was tastefully designed, the bed oh so comfortable, and the views from the hotel, breathtaking and the air conditioning frosty cold, just the way we like it ! The outdoor pool is magnificent, the water is cool and... more

Stayed at the Novotel last month with my 15-year old daughter. Had some problems booking online. My cousin speaks Hebrew and when we called to confirm, they didn't have the reservation (but I was charged for it on my charge card bill). My cousin made another reservation, which was $40 less than online. I had read some critical comments about... more

In this area of Israel, there are many hotels to choose from. So no need to stay at a hotel that does not give accurate information or provide cordial services to their guests. The only staff that I encountered with manors, was the gift shop clerk. All others were rude and did not seem to care that us, as Americans... more

We stayed at the Novotel Dead Sea for two nights in december with a tour group. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Everyone in our group enjoyed the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a visit to the Dead Sea. more

We stayed at the Novotel for 2 nights in mid September. Disappointing hotel for the price. I definitely would not stay here again. While the room was clean, my husband and I requested a Queen or King bed but received 2 double beds. The hotel is on the hotel strip. It is not directly on the beach. To get to... more

We stayed for three nights in this hotel in Nov, 2004 and were very happy with it. The front desk was friendly enough - we didn't have any problem with them. The food was good, but did get old after 2 days; that is usually how we feel about Israeli buffet (or buffet period) anyhow, so it didn't bother us... more
