Without slagging off the hotel too much, I would like to start first with the positives. The only two positives in the hotel are their receptionist Hila who is just a pure gem in greeting and welcoming guests ( shame she didn't check me in the hotel or I would have given a little bit of better rating) and the... I must start my review pointing out that: Isrotel is a good hotel chain and I have been in a few of them and never have I been so disappointed. We were told on the phone that they want to upgrade our room to a garden room I agreed and was told that you can park next to the room... More

I will start by saying if I could have chosen a different hotel I would have. This hotel I was not a fan of. Don't be confused with the Isrotel resort! This Isrotel Ganim is the low budget version! When you walk in it smells like CHEAP COLOGNE! It made me nauseous! It's almost like they were trying hard to... More

Nice hotel, clean, and with a helpful staff whom gave us answers on all our questions. The food was amacing!, and so were the view overlooking the dead sea! The rooms were big and nice and the safetybox easy to operate.

I live in Israel but most of my vacations are outside the country and when I go local I rarely go to a hotel chain. This hotel was a pleasant surprise - nicely redecorated spacious rooms (we took 2 connecting rooms). The breakfast room which is always packed in a israeli hotel is very convenient here and the service is... More

First of all, Ein Bokek is an extremely touristy and built-up area in the dead sea region that has fake sand at the beaches and hoards of tourists. Still want to go to Ein Bokek? Read on... I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in April 2015. This hotel is Jewish-respectful, so if you want to stay over the... More

Clean and renovated, staff nice, very good breakfast and dinner. Good location, seaside, good SPA. Beach clean, free chairs and towels, drinking water available everywhere! Upon arrival - fruits and light dinner in the room (arrived at about midnight) ; next day congrats in Birthday! 😀 All good reccommend.

Well situated, right off Route 90, along with several other hotels. Lower priced to its sister hotel the Isrotel Dead Sea (which must be nicer). A bit sterile, but functional, room was spacious, bright and great view of the Dead Sea. Spa facilities were decent, as were the outdoor areas. Can walk to the Dead Sea access point which is... Wonderful hotel with best services and spa. The hotel is very close to the public beach and its private beach, and the shopping mall. The shuttle runs very often, but you can easily walk to the beach, it's 2 minute walk, and enjoy the red geraniums around the hotel. Relaxing atmosphere, very good climate, unique environment. Very comfortable rooms with... More

Spent one night in mid March 2015. I honestly think we are an "easy type guests"--we're friendly welcoming people who don't pose an opinion about everything--BUT--we weren't happy with our purchase at all. Good: Visually, most areas are Okay--reception and bar area look nice, clean and modern. Our room (as opposed to another we were offered)--was modern big and clean.... More
