We mistakenly went to the Isrotel Dead Sea first... right down the street, same town. The Ganim is the older, non-renovated less expensive version. We stayed in the Ganim, so I can't speak completely to the other but the Ganim had out dated everything... old mattress, sad dilapidated pillows, and half empty toiletries left in the bathroom. Would NOT recommend.

Lovely enjoyable hotel, pool without music thank God. Nice enough not super fancy. Nice staff (except for one cranky cook in the dining room)And most importantly free internet even in the rooms and at the pool. Def come here. So relaxing.

We stayed at Isrotel Ganim for one night. Upon arrival we had a beer at the bar in a frosted glass ... very welcome after a long drive. The bartenders were sweet and welcoming. Our room was clean, well lit and spacious ... as was its bathroom ... clearly renovated recently. The bed was firm and comfortable and the air... More

Me & my partner stayed there one night - beautiful hotel, friendly & professional staff, had a room looking out over the Dead Sea - massive room with small fridge, kettle & tea/coffee items, safe in cupboard etc. We had dinner & breakfast in hotel restaurant, which is all buffet style & was great value for money. Also had cocktails... More

Very good hotel. Good , clean and new rooms and facilities. excellent lobby , good food. there is a solarium on the roof very enjoyable stay. the dead sea is great place to stay , but not recommended in the summer due to the hot weather.

Right from the check in with the charming staff, through the lovely clean room and the delicios breakfast, this hotel is excellent in every way. I stayed for only one night but id go back if i could. Even when I needed some help with a pair of broken glasses they did their best to help me.

Without slagging off the hotel too much, I would like to start first with the positives. The only two positives in the hotel are their receptionist Hila who is just a pure gem in greeting and welcoming guests ( shame she didn't check me in the hotel or I would have given a little bit of better rating) and the... I must start my review pointing out that: Isrotel is a good hotel chain and I have been in a few of them and never have I been so disappointed. We were told on the phone that they want to upgrade our room to a garden room I agreed and was told that you can park next to the room... More

I will start by saying if I could have chosen a different hotel I would have. This hotel I was not a fan of. Don't be confused with the Isrotel resort! This Isrotel Ganim is the low budget version! When you walk in it smells like CHEAP COLOGNE! It made me nauseous! It's almost like they were trying hard to... More
