We had stayed in two studio-rooms, that were large and clean with great view of the dead-sea and the swimming pool. The food was great, even though everything was bit spicy. There was not too much to do with the children, especially on the hottest days of August. At the hotel itself the entertainment program is very basic, and there... More

Overall happy with the hotel. It's been recently renovated which helps and is run by Isrotel. Pool and surrounding areas were great and very relaxed and no poolside entertainment (big plus). Rooms were basic but were functional. Food was good as expected from Isrotel. Lobby area also very cool. Staff all very pleasant. Not many negatives - mealtimes were chaotic... More

The four main points to make are 1. The hotel is HOT. They must choose not to turn on the aircon in the lobby and restaurant areas because when we went it was stifling. Sweat-running-down-your-back-stifling-hot. This was very unpleasant and a reason in itself why I would not return. 2. Breakfast is crowded It seems like the breakfast space is... More

I went with my wife and 3 children (7, 5 and 0.5 years old) to a family vacation on August 2015. I can honestly say that the staff has service orientation, very kind and understand guests' needs. The room we had, family room, answered our expectations had enough space. The food was very good (both breakfast and dinner) and rich.... More

The hotel, spa and the pool area were well maintained. However you should be ready for a hint of patina. The pictures always lie! Despite this I would recomend Ganim in a heartbeat. Reasonable prices, clean and with as friendly staff as you will get in Ein Bokek (they may not exude helpfulness but they will in general do their... More

They did not received my Expedia payment (but they got the reservation) , they made me pay again and they said that if indeed we paid they will refund us in the morning. the clerk named Vlad was very unhelpful, didn't agree to budge, he charged us on the spot. they said we will get a dinner on the house,... My daughter and,I spent (sadly) , only one night at the hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed their pool, and the room was clean, overlooking the Dead Sea. The hotel is not directly on the beach, only a five minute walk to the beach. Plenty parking spaces,. For sure, when I get to the, Dead Sea, I... More

Dear Isrotel Ganim future visitors!
