We went for a business trip and had a great time. Very clean, great location, quiet rooms, and a great room service. I had the suite on the 5th floor with a jacuzzi outside but didn't use it. We just sat outside with the marvelous view of the Dead Sea and mountains. The only minus is that you need to walk... More

What I liked most about this hotel the food. Serving dishes are served in the form of gourmet food designed secretary. Room service staff excellent simple food. A very wide range of dishes to choose from, all just delicious. Accommodations equipped room but shame hairdryer in the room with Novotel's logo. Even trash can with logo Sheraton. You can improve... Here with an Israel tour Sept 2014. Hotel is dirty, dirty, dirty. Stayed on 5th floor. Bathroom mold, slow drains, filthy sofa, rusting tables, dirty carpets. 4th floor under construction. Poor service . Stay some place else! Hotel staff did their best to accommodate us but they don't have much to work with. Restaurant food acceptable. Spa over priced and... More

We were expecting a lower standard of accomodation and food due to the low price and the fact that it is all inclusive but from the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the great service, the fantastic room, the pool area and especially the food. Each meal there was such a variety of great food to suite each... More

Felt very out of place, my children were uncomfortable throughout our stay. Hotel was dirty, swimming pool and spa facility uninviting, food not good at all. Our room was ok but our children's beds were stained, real bad. As for the customer base, unwelcoming, pushy, rude, etc....we cut our trip short and left earlier than planned.

Leonardo Privilege was a horrible hotel. The hotel needs renovation desperately. It is very dirty and there were ants in the hallway. The sink and drain in the bathtub were a problem. The water took forever to go down. The food was awful as well. Everything we ate wasn't good. The only bright spot was Rotem Ashtamker (Guest Relations Manager)... More

Fantastic view of the Salt Sea! The food was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Spa services available for a massage - take advantage of that service! Shuttle service offered from hotel to Dead Sea. I enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Privilege.

We very much enjoyed the 4 nights spent at this hotel. We had a wonderful suite with an incredible view of the dead sea. The food was varied and very tasty. We would like to mention Rosine, the PR Manager who was very helpful and hospitable.
