The room we got was dirty and this is a small stuff I'm talking about. Some dirt can easely be remooved with wipes. I can forgive average food and etc. but for me, when the room havn't been clean properly is the sign of disrespect. This specific hotel is far from another hotels in Ein Bokek and from 2 small... That hotel was chosen by my friend who knows the area well. By his own admission he would not choose it in summer because the walk to and from the beach is not easy. Although hotel does provide shuttle service to and from the beach it is not reliable. It supposed to be running every 20 minutes but we had... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and I must say I was surprised by the high level in all areas! The level of the food was very good, had a variety of meats, salads, hot side dishes and desserts. In addition, the hotel and room cleanliness level was very high, the hotel staff was attentive and helped with... More

The hotel is as dedcribed, its in a nice location and all the facilities is as described. However the feeling is of a cheap establishment in a good hotel. Almost all the staff could not speak English. None of the staff ever smiled and begrudgingly answered our queries. The airconditioning was broken and after telling the staff half a day... More

good food, decent service, but: 1. Sunday morning toilet in the spa was disgustingly dirty 2. In the restaurant, sparrows are flying under the ceiling and sitting on the chandeliers. The chandeliers are covered with a thick layer of bird excrement. And the birds are defecating on the tables and people below. This is a serious health hazard.

I stayed in the hotel with my girlfriend two nights, a month ago, and we were dissapointed. We got a "superior" room, which was fair with just the basic utilities. the food was varied and good. all the rest was very dissapointing: the ladies-toilets of the open-air pool were dirty and their doors didn't close properly. people smoke all around... I booked this hotel as the price was below 200 USD per night for all inclusive. The hotel was half empty and most tourists were locals and Russians (from Russia). I speak both Russian and Hebrew so for me this was not a problem. The hotel is in the middle of no where isolated from other resorts in a very... More

If you value your holitday time don't go to this hotel. This is what happened. 1. My sister booked for her and her partner a room with a view of the pool, and paid extra for it. They got a room above the generators on the 7th floor. When they got to the room, they went to complain immediately at... More
