This is a very nice resort/hotel. The area is nice. The view from the room is beautiful. The staff not that knowledgable, not friendly. But on top off all the rooms are very dirty. Bathrooms very dirty. Hallways, pool inside area - needs maintenance. Please hire people that need to take care of this nice looking hotel.

I could write for hours about this dump and still couldn't get all of my complaints out. Rude staff; filthy public areas; disgustingly dirty rooms and the list goes on. We had a "suite" for 3 adults on the 7th floor of this dump. The attached pictures tell part of the story but the complete and total lack of interest... More

This hotel could be very nice, however its is poorly run by the management. We stayed two nights, when we arrived, the staff at reception was really rude, they didnt communicate or explain anyhing; just said "you have to pay"... how welcoming. Then we entered the room, seems old and tired, although the view to the dead sea is nice,... More

We arrived late at this hotel, and left too early to enjoy what looked like a very attractive pool area. However, the bar staff were very convivial (I even had a proposal!), and the restaurant coped amazingly with a huge throughput of clientele. Waiters were pleasant, staff on the door were not (my partner asked one for a cup, and... More

For those who don't have the time to read the full review, I'll give you a short version: Filthy hotel. Filthy rooms. Filthy public spaces. indifferent staff and management. Long delay at receiving rooms (9 hours). Food far from gourmet (tough meat, overcooked "rice a roni", tired vegetables, processed chicken nuggets not even resembling chicken, imitation hamburger for lunch). Stay... More

We came 3 friends to stay. Got the upper floor suite. The room was remarkably clean, all our needs were filled with a smile and within minutes from our call to the front desk. The balcony was well designed so while sitting outside and talking others could sleep. Plus the sits worth every penny! The gym is below standard(!!!) but... More

I was recommended by a family member who stayed here last year and was expecting crowds as it was a holiday weekend. But I was NOT expecting the filth and dirt in all the public areas and the indifference of the staff when this was called to their attention. There were not enough trash cans in public areas so used... More
