When we arrived the reception was very nice and friendly. We stayed at the (Beaudelaire) room this was not very nice and needs some upkeep. Wallpaper was coming off the walls ,loose tiles in the bahtroom under the toilet lot of stains, had installed a modern shower stall with a XVIII century building with exposed PVC pipes not a very nice... We discovered one night that many towns in the Pyrenees close up in the season between summer and ski season and were adrift without lodging. We called the Hotel Beauregard and the owner was closing the reception but said she would leave us a key, directions to the room and a list of restaurants that could still serve a meal... More

When we first drove up to the hotel we were afraid we had made a huge mistake. The area around the outside seemed rundown and deserted, but once inside the receptionist was very friendly. The reception area was small and worn, but welcoming. We enjoyed the hotel. It's in an old Chateau and somewhat rundown, but still elegant. It was... More

We had a pleasant one-night stay here with an excellent meal in the attached restaurant; however, the faded grandeur of the building is verging on the dilapidated and the lands that once surrounded the chateau have obviously been sold off in the recent past as it is surrounded by a lot of private housing giving a stroll around the gardens... Wonderful little place oozing no frills charm. Very olde worlde complete with sloping floors and canopies over the bed. Really good sized room and bathroom which was on the second floor overlooking the front of the house. Gardens were really pretty with swimming pool and sun loungers. Didn't try out the spa area due to lack of time, but it... More

Just back from a one night stay at this chateau and we loved it. Ok the furniture and floor boards are old antique style but that just adds to the beauty of the place. I'd hate to see it modernized as that would destroy it. Eating here is just amazing ..... we ate outside and the atmosphere, service, food and... More

Met by a very friendly hostess, enjoyed walking around the slightly wild garden with its beautiful trees, pool nice. Rooms delightful, wooden floors, shutters on windows, comfy beds, lovely 'old' bathrooms (loved the old floor tiles), robes, slippers provided, all in line with an 'old' charming, rustic feel of a countryside French hotel.

Booked last minute so had no chooce on room options. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good as expected. However Our room was tired and the floor boards creaked to much for my liking. Bathroon needs a face lift or even better updating. Location nice and quite, ideal for an over night stop over.

Our large room with a nice terrace, a view over the back garden, was very well equipped. The large bathroom with double sinks, fluffy robes, a large tub and a separate shower (albeit not "enclosed") were down the hall. The closet area is between and also quite large. The hotel and its pleasant grounds are just outside the town itself... More

We were given a lovely room with canopied bed, large fireplace with a couple of candelabras (complete with candles) and a separate small lounge. Rooms were named after French writers and each has its own parking space and umbrella on the coat racks downstairs. We had Paul Valery. Victor Hugo was next door and also looks really nice too.
