Only stayed the one night but this old coach house hotel has lots of old world charm. The staff were excellent, the rooms very lean and cosy and I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant wasn't very busy but the food was wonderfully presented and tasted delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Overall a simple old style hotel with... More

We did not stay here but ate at the restaurant at the recommendation of our hotelier. The food was delicious and the service excellent. We had the set course meal and each course was as good as the last. The shrimp in the appetizers were large and grilled well, the veal was tender and, of course, sauced well. the dessert... More

We spent the night here to be near the market in St Girons, which is very nice to visit indeed. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, which meant that the bedroom and bathroom were much bigger than average in France. Although very simply furnished it was all very clean and pleasant. the staff were very friendly and... More

When you travel through the south of france you start to see a pattern. Lodging accommodations in these old medieval towns are NOT the top priority. You will not find state of the art hotel rooms with brand new furniture and modern comforts. These "paradores" and chateaus turned into hotels are very old buildings with alot of history. And isn't... More

Characterful and quirky hotel which is well located near the town centre with nice welcoming staff but all a bit run down and tired looking. A bit overpriced for what it is but still an ok place to stay.

We spent two nights in this hotel. The room was small and looking out the front, with an overall dreary aspect to it, and the price, at €100 per night for the room was not good value. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the garden and the pool were lovely, the food was really good and the... More

we were here for 3 days with our 5y old son. Based on some reviews here we asked for a bigger room above the restaurant and it was very good. only the carpet is a bit worn and not so nice, but the rest was all great. bathroom with shower and bath, internet all worked perfectly. also a great thing... Really enjoyed staying here. Genuine patina about the place with heaps of character. Enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the courtyard and the kids enjoyed the pool. Family room was big with a good ensuite and a lovely old deep bath. This is probably the pick of the hotels in the area - was recommended by tourism office in adjacent... More

Our second visit to this Hotel to spend a couple of days in the mountains. So many positive things to say about this hotel. The easy parking, stunning gardens and pool area. Beautiful courtyard and the public areas are so traditional and beautiful. It is very central to the town with lovely shops and market. However - some of the... More

Stayed for one night as part of our 6 week trip travelling around France and Italy. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. Good location. Nice view of the mountains. Wifi wasn't very good in the room but worked well in the common areas.
