It is a basic motel with parking outside and entrance from outside. It was clean and that is the main thing. It was a little outdated and the beds were hard. There was also a lot of road noise because its right along the main road. There is a grocery store and a liquor store in walking distance. It was... More

Very clean. Shower looked scary but was fabulous. I want to be comfortable, not pay a lot and have hot water. Home run. Customer service was acceptable. The person checking us in wouldn't get off the phone...but as a smoker in a non - smoking hotel I was pleased when chairs and an ashtray were provided outside our room. For... More

Although a dated property and bed with a very hard mattress, the hotel is very convenient to everything in and around Watkins Glen. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The free breakfast although limited was fresh and appealing. Would stay here again.

checked in around 10:30pm on a Friday night, after ringing the bell to get in the locked office, we were met by a worker in his underwear. Place was disgusting, with dead bugs everywhere. Room service banged on the door at 9 am asking for wet towels.

Absolutely horrible! I was looking for an affordable place to stay for a weekend trip to Watkins Glen and decided to book this place. Worst decision I ever made! I arrived about 10:00pm, had to ring a doorbell to be checked in by a man who came out to the desk in his UNDERWEAR. The room had a musty smell... More

Stayed here because we were going to Watkins Glen. The lady at the front desk was pleasant and did have a room for the night. This is definitely an "old school" motel. You get a key instead of a swipe card and the room itself was rather small and cramped. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. However,... More

Friendly, clean, quiet except for the heater turning on and off! Kept the room warm though, and I was the only one who heard it! Breakfast choices simple, but enough to start us off. Love the fresh fruit. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful area.

I booked the room for my daughter who was getting into town very late. Owner allowed for me to pay for the room over the phone and made arrangements so my daughter could get the room key after hours. My daughter said the room was clean. Her only criticism was that the bathroom was cold, but she was overall pleased... More

My wife and I stayed at this motel for two nights as we were visiting our granddaughter. Nothing dancing and elegant but clean nevertheless. A bit pricey for the time of year we went there. The first night we realized they had not left any towels for us to shower (only on small size face cloth). The remedy the situation... More

I made reservations a week ago, and was quoted a price for two nites at $60 per nite, but when we got there the other day, they doubled the price to $120 per nite. This class of hotel is not worth $120 per nite, more like $65 per nite. It's very small, and has no features. Worse of all, all... More
