It was a last minute stop while we were traveling. Looked it up on TripAdvisor first and most of the reviews were OK. First list the best part. Bathroom was remodeled and clean except for the shower curtain that was dirty on the bottom. Should have gone to the dollar store to get a new one! Air conditioner looked new.... More

What a perfect spot to stay! A clean, no frills inn: easy walking distance to restaurants and harbour. There is a Tops right next door if you want to do food on the cheap. The owners are wonderfully sweet: great recommendations on where to eat (you have to walk to Curly's for breakfast: almost next door and is ridiculously inexpensive... More

I was looking for a last minute hotel and I found the Seneca Clipper Inn through Priceline. Since it was just me I didn't need a fancy room but I wanted something clean and close to where I was staying. I also saw this hotel had an average review of 7.7. For $99 I got a king size room. The... More

A challenge for handicap as the bed was extremely high to get into and back out again. Hubby's feet didn't touch the floor..Also, the bathing area had bars but no assistance for hubby to be able to sit while bathing. The chairs were acceptable but again not for handicap. Sometimes it is just that maybe the owners don't realize when... More

Second time staying there, nicely run motel. Its clean and very convenient to everything. Owner is so sweet. Morning breakfast is just coffee, tea and packaged muffins, no big deal but its something. Good for the price, couldn't ask for more. Fridge, microwave and drying in room.

The Seneca Clipper Inn is close to everything in Watkins Glen but the beds are hard as rocks. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The room was small but clean and the A/C would not stay running. It kept shutting off during the night and we would wake up to a stuffy room.

We have stayed at the SCI a number of times when we visit Watkins Glen NY for yearly car shows. The staff is great The location to the center of town is convenient. The rooms are clean. But the beds are hard as a rock. While at our car show we exchanged laffs with other SCI residents and everyone had... More

Rooms included hair dryers and refrigerator. A no frills hotel, clean and convenient and quiet.... We would stay there again. Nice parking lot and a fabulous ice cream parlor right across the street. Location was convenient to the harbor and state park gorge.

Enjoyed our stay - very clean and conveniently located on Rt 14. Short walk to the Watkins Glen gorge and about a mile to Seneca Lake. Restaurants and stores nearby. A very good value. Accepts AAA discount.

Rooms are small but clean. Bathroom has been updated. Was pricey for the size and amenities but it's a tourist area on a June weekend.
