The owner is hands on and sets a high standard. Beautiful dining rooms, clean swimming pool, charming bedrooms, and cool high tech TV to watch Le Tour. Nice cycling area. Look at the guest book for famous cycling team photos and autographs. We also visited the UNESCO world heritage site nearby: Saint Bertrand. This is a historical Roman and Christian... More

We have stayed in this hotel twice in the past month, and I would live here if I could. It has character and a style all its own. Madame, the owner, is ever-present and no doubt her attention to detail accounts for the exceptional quality of everything from the excellent service to the perfectly appointed rooms. The setting is sublime:... More

This hotel tucked away in the Pyrenees has well kept gardens and swimming pool. The décor is a mixed bag. We had a large double bedroom which had two bathrooms but only one WC. The mini bar was located in one of the bathrooms. The food was good. The bar service was very slow.

We were not really looking forward to staying here as we had booked two gites with a night gap and had had to find somewhere to stay for one night. With 5 children we certainly weren't going to eat in the restaurant or have 14 euro a head breakfast. But the hotel was delightful, charming service, seriously eclectic refurbished rooms... More

This hotel really is "lost in France". The location is close to St.Gaudens but very much in a lovely rural and peaceful setting. The gardens are lovely and we liked the hotel decor. So why a mixed bag? Well firstly because we booked it because of its swimming pool. We arrive hot and sweaty to be told that the swimming... More

Not sure how you would ever find this place without SatNav/GPS! Suitably encouraged by the warm welcome from Madame (très sympa), we went on to enjoy our one night stay very much - and to resolve to return one day and spend more time to enjoy the beautiful gardens, swimming pool, tennis court and surrounding countryside. Quite magical. The décor... More

Our one-night stay at 7 Molles in mid-October was a disappointment. In my opinion the hostellerie would need updating to be truly comfortable (at least the bedrooms, if ours was an indication of the overall quality.) Too 'vieille France' for our taste. Our large bedroom was rather stark with furnishings that looked like they came from a rummage sale. Wifi... More

If one can live with the limitations of a 3* hotel this is a good place to stay 1 or 2 nights. The swimming pool is not heated but warm enough. The hotel itself needs refurbishing as there have been little or no investments over the last two decades. The restaurant is OK, nothing special but no complaints either.

We stayed here 2 nights in a standard room on the second floor. The receptionist was welcoming enough, but there was no offer to show us to our room or help with our bags. The decoration was, as someone else has pointed out "un peu retro", especially the bathroom, which needs updating. Luxury toiletries, but the hot water took FOREVER,... More

Like another reviewer I have been a repeat visitor to the Sept Molles for some 35 years. The Ferran welcome has always been superb, the hotel tranquil and comfortable and the food in the restaurant excellent. If you need advice on the appropriate wine to go with your meal or the best visits and walks in the surrounding countryside Patrick... More
