We stayed at the Swan as it had a great location for us to travel onto the sea the next day. The pub was cosey - we only went for a drink (we didn't eat) but was enjoyable. The room is a good size, however it was SO hot throughout the upstairs floor, which meant it was hard to get... More

I visited the Swan for my birthday with wife and family. The traditional pub building is fantastic. Traditional bar with a great selection of ales and lagers, and great food. Dogs are welcome in the bar. We ate in the restaurant, food was great, wine list very reasonable, and service was great. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. A... More

We have used this pub on a couple of occasions before, so naturally we used it again. For this visit. As usual the rooms are comfy the beds the same and the food, glorious. Sunday they all turned up for lunch and as usual the carvery was superb, with everything freshly cooked. Our grand daughter could make up her mind... More

Travelling back from nearby Marham with a colleague we were looking for a suitable venue to have lunch. We saw The Swan Inn and thought "why not?". We were both very impressed with the varied menu on offer and both elected to go with a sandwich. Service was swift; food was excellently presented and tasted wonderful. The Coffee was presented... Was looking for a last minute overnight stay with our two dogs in tow. Everyone from the time of reservation through to our dinner in the pub that evening was wonderfully helpful and friendly! The room, while quaint, had everything we needed from oversized bath sheets to tea station for our morning cuppa. Only recommendation would be a mirror for... More

Third stay at the Swan Inn, previous stays have been good. Had we known there was going to be a live band playing and no food served we would have looked elsewhere. The outdoor bbq was mediocre, but oven chips really? On deciding to turn in we were kept awake by a group of drunk 20 something's sat outside on... More

Hi. We are so sorry to hear of your experience on Sunday night. We had thought that all guests had been forewarned regarding the live music and are sorry this was not the case with you. It is always a risk booking a band as we are aware that this is not to everyone's taste, it is something that we... More

Well, we've been here since Saturday. Got a two bed converted barn flat and brought the kids, the dogs and all. The flat is lovely and overlooks a beautiful scene right behind the Inn. The staff are brilliant, the food is top notch and even though it's basically right on the road, it's so quiet. We lived it and do... More

After an extensive search on trip advisor by my husband to find a good pub to take my 92 year old mother in law to lunch we settled on The Swan. What a good find! We were served by a smiley friendly waitress and the beer and food were both very tasty. We will definitely return when next in the... More
