On arrival you are warmly greeted with a beverage of your choice, which you will feel compelled to accompany by one of the pastries in the window display! The are as delicious as they look. The coffee is home made! The rooms have a simple colonial charm, are comfortable and very clean. Complementary water and internet connection available. Breakfast is... More

Great hotel in the middle of the Stonetown labyrinth. Delicious breakfasts in the rooftop lounge area with view on Stonetown. Internet did not work in our room but that wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really beautiful and the rooms are huge, romantic, clean and comfortable! Teh breakfast on the top of the building was really good and the best thing was the kind employees, thanks! The situation is really good because you are in the middle of the markets and close to the beach and good restaurants.

This place is very central with very large, neat looking, clean rooms w/ air con. Friendly staff, great breakfast, great coffee. And a roof top to eat on and enjoy the views of the city. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Zanzibar Coffee House. The rooms are full of Zanzibari character and nicely decorated. There is a wonderful coffee house on the ground floor and breakfast is served on the roof which has great views of stonetown. Food and coffee are great and the staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. Top B&B in Stonetown!

Had a brilliant couple of days staying here, enjoying the most phenomenal coffee I've ever had, and wandering around Stone Town. The rooms in the hotel are beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace is one of the best in Stone Town. The manager, Tia, is such a legend! Make sure you try the banana and coffee milkshake.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in the Espresso room. My sister and her fiancé were in another room. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is great, and the rooftop terrace is one of the best we found in Stone Town.
