The inside of the hotel is very atmospheric, with charming rooms, furniture etc. The location is good if you want to stay in Stonetown - but far away from the nicest beaches. Service is not really very friendly and the food is pretty poor. more

236 Hurumzi, former Emerson & Green is well worth a couple of nights if you like views, architecture and atmosphere of the orient.
