I got the feeling that the employees were going through the motions but were tired. The suite was DARK & DINGY. It smelled musty, there was dust on the lamps, tv, etc. The carpet desperately needed vacuuming. The light in the bathroom and the vanity area BUZZED constantly. I can't believe I paid over $100.00 to stay there one night.... more

I've stayed here four times in the past two years. I plan on staying again in May 2009 and maybe again in August 2009. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and it's just down the street from I-81. The mall is just the other side of that and Alexandria Bay is... more

I stayed at this site with my mom and soldier son when we delivered him to Ft. Drum following his Basic and AIT training. We chose this location for its closeness to the base, the reasonable price, and the availability of a suite which eliminated the need for two rooms. As expected, it was not luxurious but very clean and... more

During our stay (Dec 28-29/07) my kids and I found the Staff very friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was very clean, and the indoor pool well cared for. Our room was clean, laid out well, and the housekeeping staff provided great service. Denny's was connected to the Hotel and my kids just loved that. If I have a complaint,... more

Spent one night in the Business King room. Chosen based upon the location to I-81, it served it's purpose as a clean place to put my head down for the evening. more

With three children, it is difficult to find a good hotel room that can accommodate the entire family in one room. The 2-bed suite (with a pull out couch in the sitting room) was perfect. The suite was spacious and included a nice bathroom with sink separate from the toilet area -- a must for a group of 5 --... more

I booked 2 rooms, a Regular Double Room and a Double Suite, the regular room had a problem with no power to the wall plug for the hair dryer. The Double Suite was dark even with all the lights on. The cleanliness of the room was questionable at best we found chocolate bar wrappers on the floor between the beds,... more

Hotel choices in Watertown are pretty limited, but based on reviews on this website, we picked the Days Inn. It's on the shabby side - carpet was worn and buckled, wallpaper patched, blankets on the bare side - that kind of stuff. However, the room was immaculate, and the two people we encountered at the front desk at different points... more

We've stayed in several hotels in Watertown, each time seeking the best possible accommodations, and we were surprised to find that the Days Inn is the best in town. It is not extraordinary, but it is consistently clean and service is good. It is also attached to a Denny's restaurant, which is great. The location near I-81 just off Arsenal... more

Although the hotel needs some improvements, the front desk staff were all wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and the hotel was clean. The pool was a great bonus. Denny's staff not that friendly and food wayy to greasy and overpriced but they did deliver it right to the room in the morning. Stay was okay for the... more
