1. The front desk clerk attempted to charge me $5/day over what my reservation amount was for. He attempted to give me some lame excuse for rate changes, despite my guaranteed online price. Calling the motel to make a reservation was a delight, talking to a very helpful young woman. Expectations were high, and quickly dashed. If you can, avoid this hotel. The rooms are grotty, the beds uncomfortable, the airconditioners noisy, the breakfast unspeakable. All this for $94 (plus taxes). Nothing would persuade me to go back to this place again. It has no redeeming features. more

We were thankfully only staying one night. The room was very small and dingy. It wasn't dirty but it needed some cosmetic repairs. While we stayed there it snowed and they did not even shovel or salt the parking lot. The front desk personnel were nice but I would not recommend staying there. Definitely not worth the $70 we paid... more
