My husband and I took our son and his wife here for two nights and three days for shopping and relaxation (from Canada) so we had two different rooms and the hotel was booked solid when we were there. The staff were the friendliest I have encountered, the futon and pillows were to die for - I usually have trouble... More

We were driving to 1000 islands to camp got late so pulled in because had a positive expenince in Quailty Inn when in Fl. Once again found staff very plesent. Helped kids at breackfast. Might cost little more that discount hotels. But so clean great staff and real breackfast eggs waffles etc. Kids see Quality Inns now and ask to... More

Well done to all the staff at the Quality Inn, this is the 3rd time we have stayed and the room, the price and the hospitality is just spot on, personally I would not stay anywhere else in Watertown. The desk we had included a meal and a glass of wine at the attached restaurant - I have reviewed this... More

Although we normally stay at a different hotel in Watertown, we decided to try the Quality Inn to compare. The hotel used to be a private hotel called The Inn. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The lobby could have used more of the room for breakfast seating instead of a lounge area. My biggest suggestion would be... More

I booked this property through Hotwire and arrived late at night. Everything looked good to start out - friendly reception, designated motorcycle parking right in front of the lobby, and overall just a decent place. Then I got to my room. Looked great, until I realized that on the floor of the bathroom was a fairly significant amount of "scunge"... More

Booked via ChoiceHotels.com for 67$. Needed a place to sleep from Syracuse on way back to Ottawa, after a late arrival in SYR. This was a good option. Check in was a quick but the clerk needs to be more friendly (even if its 1AM). Room was OK, although the decoration was old, furniture OK, wall paper horrible and dark,... More

1st of all the staff is terrific! Priscilla at the front desk was the kindest person. She allowed us to look at 2 different rooms, 1 on the 1st floor in the back and another on the 2nd floor in the front. The 1st floor room appeared to be renovated, less musty, so we took that one. The beds were... More

I have to say I'm lucky in the fact I have the best team in town, hands down. But Priscilla is really racking in some bonus points! I'm very happy you had a nice time while you were in town. More

We generally stay at the major chains on road trips, so this choice was not unusual for us. Quality Inns can usually be counted on for competitive pricing and clean, basic accommodations. We were surprised at the offer of a "happy hour" in the lobby with wine, cheese and snacks (we did not partake). Staff were very friendly. The free... More
