The staff are friendly & courteous. The breakfast is good. The rooms are pretty clean and its quiet. We stay twice a year and would recommend it. It was recommended to us as well. If you're going cross border shopping in Watertown this is the place to stay.

This hotel is close to the I 81 in Watertown and at walking distance from most of the restaurants; attendant was very helpful and informative. Rooms are very clean and we had a very pleasant stay. Price is also acceptable for the quality of the rooms.

Nobody seems to have mentioned this now operates as a Quality Inn & Suites. Was just OK. Expected more from the reviews. Room was small and worn but clean. We spent one night at the Inn and enjoyed it, The room was very comfortable and the continental was delicious. The staff were very accommodating. Thank You, would definitely stay again.We had a wonderful sleep the bed was very comfortably.

Staff service, rooms, location and price were all excellent. When in Watertown, we will be staying here for sure. Well appointed rooms, decor and comfy bed. The continental breakfast was also one of the better ones we've seen for selection of food as well as a nice open dining area.
