Whilst this hostel wasn't too expensive it could have been better. The service from reception was poor the decor and quality of the rooms was poor and smelt faintly of fish. Again we didn't really expect too much from the breakfast but it really was pretty poor. On the plus side the area is very nice

i recently stayed on 11 sept on the last day of our visit to seychelles. i should say this is very excellent property. it is located just on a hillock ( some difficulty in taking car )near the sea and beach front. specially if you take the room no 10 or 9 you feel that you are surrounded by the... The appartments are not save, and the neighbourhood is not save. The neighbourhood is full of young people who are addicted to drugs. Not the 'friendly' drugs, no, we are talking about heroin- addicts. We got followed a lot by the drug addicts on the street, they beg for your money and bother you during the day and night. WE... We spent only one night at the Eden’s Holiday Villa & you could say that there are lots of bad side than good sides. The bas sides is that:  My girlfriend left an deposit before for a room that had kitchen attached with & she even called 2 days before to check if everything were ok & they told... More

The hotel is situated in the middle of nature. The staff is very friendly, helpful, kind and caring. They will give you their soul, if you ask them. Rooms are very clean and nice. Towels are changed every day. There is a small garden in front of your room where you can relax and watch the beautiful view. You can... More

Ok if you wont budget. The best thing about Eden Villas is the staff. They are amazing. Food average, rooms basic. The sea in front is to shallow to swim in. 7 days is long enough for a stay. We did get 2 days free at their sister hotel Subset Beach, which is 4 star. But that also needs sone... More

We stayed (a couple+young girl) for 5 days in Eden's Villas. Exceptional staff in reception, ready and willing to help you. Beautiful view, close to nice beach (Ephelia Hotel). You'll need a car. It seems that breakfast was an issue also for other travellers. So, Let me explain what you will receive: fresh fruit (one banan, a slice of papaya... More

Stayed 4 nights with just breakfast. Rooms need updating slightly. I was not impressed with the amount of traffic (buses) on the road directly below our room and the smell fumes from them. Plenty of shops/ Mini markets to buy provisions from locally. The room we stayed in had a very nice sea view. We rented a car to get... More

As I mentioned about The Diver's Lodge, I really booked based on price [looking for the least expensive options]. I checked in after dark, so it wasn't until morning that I discovered what a beautiful view came with the reservation. Stunning, really! The place seems a bit older & I didn't have much hot water [great water pressure though]. The... More

Eden was the most reasonably priced hotel/guest house we found on Mahe with 3 weeks notice, fulfilling 2 of our criteria: close to the beach and a bus stop, as we were not planning to rent a car. We did not expect much and were quite positevly surprised by the spacious room and semi-private little garden with an ocean view.... More
