This is a resort that is frequented by European snowbirds, mainly from France and other french speaking countries. The reception staff can be friendly, but if you do not speak French, don't bother coming, they do not make you feel welcome...which is typical of French culture in general. The cleaning staff and grounds keepers are much more friendly and forgiving... More

We had a good stay at the hotel, it has a lot of free to do activities and a nice swimming pool area. They are trying to save what is left of the beach at least you get a good view of the ocean. The only objection would be that if you don't speak french the staff at reception ain't... More

Overall amenities of this hotel is good, but poorly maintained. During our 2 days stay, the hotel was over crowded and lack of willingness of the hotel staff to handle the situation was evident. For the 1st time, have noticed uncourteous staff in Senegal. Had stereo type menu all the 4 times and vegetarians, like us, found it difficult.

The site is well built with two pools, but a bit outdated. The spa is not free for hotel customers. The main drawback for me was no internet in rooms and having to pay a deposit for the room safe. Moreover when I was checking out, the staff tried to trick me into forgetting the deposit. Food is good particularly... More
