The Neptune bungalow I was in, was spacious and well maintained although the kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, very small cups, no kettle and only small plates, but I did get 2 larger plates. The main bedroom was quite large for two people and the was enough wardrobe space. The mezzanine bedroom had two single beds and... More

Nice bungalows, a bit old but well mantained. Rooms are spacious, air con running well, confy bed. Big bathroom, also lod but well maintained aswell. Fair breakfast, even they... More

Its not a 5 star hotel but the location is great. Right on the beach. Its fairly cheap for its location and it has everything around. All in all spacious rooms, clean (important for Africa), beautiful pool, happy and helpful staff. Food was good as well, would stay there again

The first thing you see at the entrance is the 5 stars next to the name but this is more like a 3 star. It has nice big suits and bungalows, the pool is beautiful and the reception staff is very nice and helpful. That's about it. Spa and gym is minimal to say the least. Room service is charged... More

We stayed here as a group of friends and found it a great base for our tours out. The hotel has lovely bungalow accomodation and is spotlessly clean, the grounds have an abundance of pretty frowers and lizards. The pool is fabulous, large and deep ideal for a swim at the end of hot days out. The beach is a... More

The Neptune Hotel was great. The rooms are spacious, immaculate, and relaxing. The pool is wonderful. Food great. But best of all must be the staff, a happy bunch who were always there when you needed them. The beach is a three minute walk. The sea is a little rough unless you are a seasoned swimmer, but the walks are... More

I'm sorry this review is late (by a year) but still, I'd like to say this beach resort was beautiful. Although very far from the airport, the directeur Eric Balland and his lovely wife who spoke English (as my French was a little poor) helped arrange our transport to and from the resort from the airport in Dakar. He also... More

Third time in Saly and very much the best hotel for value around! Couldn't stay away from the heated swimming pool which is totally needed during winter. Food was fresh and very diversified, with 2 themed dinners, lobster and BBQ night. The place was spotless and the service excellent, daily activities were "proposed" but never forced which changes from so... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and half board meals were very enjoyable . The croissants were very good and they.made fresh pancakes for you. There is a huge swimming pool and flowers beside the paths leading to the pool. The beach is reached through the car park at the front entrance and the hotel keeps sun chairs on... More
