We've been approached by the owner already in the village, actually still sitting in the taxi. The offered price was OK for us so we agreed to take it. After that he started to offer us meals to buy, etc. with high price as for Imlill. Eventually we agreed after some bargaining but the quality we received was really poor.... More

The owner will quite likely intercept you at the town center already and try to sell you various things. I rented crampons for the Toubkal hike - equipment was ok, but a bit pricy. The owner however let not leave me without selling me an overpriced tangine at 100DH for the next day that I had to prepay already and... More

Overall my experience of this Inn was very positive. Lahcen is a very nice and trustworthy man who does his best to cater to your every need and he sorted out myself and all my friends food, equipment and transport needs before and after the ascent to the base camp of Mount Toubkal. Only negatives would be the cold shower... More

The Auberge de Lepiney is really nicely situated and causy, I just read some of the comments here on tripadvisor and Im an bit surprised: of course its in the mountains at 1800m and its a bit cold in the night, but you cannot expect Switzerland-Confort (and this is not what I am looking for travelling in such countries, mor... We spent here 2 nights as we also prebooked by some booking server. After we came staff was really friendly. Offered us good dinner both days. We accupied two rooms - one with matraces only and one with beds. This was OK. I didn't expect more. Minus points for cold in rooms and absence of any furniture. Shower very unsufitient.... More

While trekking the Atlas mountains,we have ended our Trek staying at Auberge Lepiney. The lodge was fantastic. It is a simple but clean guest house in front of the village. The staff was helpfull and friendly. The site is not in the Imlil center but at around 10 min walk outside on the way to Toubkal refuge. We highly recommand this accommodation... More

I would probably not want to spend a holiday at Auberge Lepiney, but as a base to climb Mt Atlas it is more than adequate. Staff, including Lahcen Bouredda were extremelely helpful. Food was excellent. Place could do with some central heating - especially in lounges. Room was at something minus degrees Celsius... in December (staff provided us with an... More

We ended up staying here as one of the guides (Lahcen Bouredda) told us this place was good. It wasn't until we had paid for the room it became clear this was his hostel. Very basic, matresses on the floor, no hot water and far away from the town. There is no reason to stay here unless everywhere else is... More
