Our journey at the hotel started with being greeted at the door with a cold flannel and a much- needed refreshing ice-cold beverage. We did not need to stand to be checked in, we were seated and the staff came to us. We were quickly showed to our room, which was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the... After travelling to many destinations I can honestly say that 'The Blumarine' hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, the walk in shower is powerful, the air-con is fabulous and the beds are very comfortable. Walking around is a joy- where ever you look reminds you that you are in... More

We recently stayed at the Blumarine Hotel (18-25 Jan 2014) and we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was cleaned neatly daily with fresh towels and minibar replenished.A huge thank you to the cleaning staff who cleaned Room 511 for us. The staff and management were pleasant, helpful and very accomodating in particular Pradeep, Krishna and Ally. The... More

We were a group of six adults, celebrating a family holiday including three birthdays and Christmas. We stayed in the Boutique hotel, which is on the same property as the main hotel, but separate, tranquil, quiet and luxurious. Beautiful rooms, great restaurant, two lovely pools and the lagoon only a few steps away. The management and staff were fantastic and... More

As a South African, visiting this hotel, was well a challenge.......everything was in French. The kids club was uninteresting and because no body spoke English, my children refused to go! The food lacked in variety and so my children lived on rice, potato and bread. Our accommodation was lovely! The beach was a total let down.........very dirty! We wanted to... More

A holiday package booked via holiday factory during the festive season at Blumarine Hotel was disappointing. if it was not for Pradeep and Krishna ,i would have left the hotel immediately. Pradeep and Krishna were kind, courteous and obliging at all times. They tried to compensate for the lack of service by the rest of the staff. Our room was... More

Expecting a 4 star hotel, we were disappointed. The venue, animation team and service team was good and did their best to entertain and service the guests. However, the food and kids club was not up to what we expected. The kids club did not have clear program to entertain the children, it felt more like a babysitting team. The... More

I was horribly disappointed with my stay here. Being open to guests of other nationalities, it is just all French. The staff hardly speak english. The rooms were not cleaned properly, the beach was not what we were promised and the food was lacking in flavour and variety. I must say that we tried to make the most of our... More
