This was our first time staying at the Waterloo Holiday Inn in upstate New York. From the moment we checked in, we were treated to a relaxing stay - from the staff at the front desk, to the wait staff at the Heritage Restaurant. The decor was extremely pleasing to the eye. The food was excellent. There are many activities... more

Stayed on Oct 17-18. Reserved a non smoking one queen bed room, and was placed in a two queen smoking room. The bathroom was ok, except for the tub that was dingy, and the showerhead is coming out of the wall. That was the only downside to the hotel. Other than that, it was a great looking room, with comfortable... more

We found this Hotel in the Finger Lakes region of NY. We were riding 2 bikes to a BMW Rally. The manger & staff went out of their way to accomadate our bikes. Even offered to bring out supplies to let us wash them. Nice Hot tub/Jacuzzi after a cool days ride. Big Rooms. more

Stayed on Columbus Day weekend, so hotel was booked up for a wedding and travelers to see the leaves, and wine country. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. Used Free night for room, so we got a double bed room. Refrigerator and microwave included in room. Got a free drink coupon for Priority Club so we visited the pub. Not much... more

I have travelled to this area for many years to visit family that lives in Waterloo. You don't have many options besided the MicroTel in Waterloo. The Holiday Inn is the perfect summer hotel. They have a very nice outside pool that my kids love. The rooms are dated and average. Noting real special. Just a clean place to stay. more

The hotel was easy to find, the staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. Shame they don't provide proper mugs for the coffee/ tea making facilities. Beds were very comfortable. On the whole one of the best Holiday Inn's I have stayed in. The resturant was welcoming and the staff were great. Food was good too. On the... more

This hotel might have been great in it's day, but certainly is in need of a makeover. It has late 80's and early 90's decor. I was placed on the second floor, the ice machine did not work, the halls are dark, dingy and very soiled. The room seemed clean enough, until I realized that the clock was unplugged, when... more

We stayed as as a family for one night and the rooms we were give were all clean and very comfortable. The pool is excellent and although outside was heated , the receptionist gave us a two for one drinks coupon for the bar which had a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The sauna and hot tub were... more
