This was our very first experience in a Bed and Breakfast and although the town of Waterloo is not much this B and B was very nice. We had the Garden Room, thanks to a free upgrade, and it was fantastic. Breakfast was great and all in all a nice first experience.

My boyfriend and I are both in our late 20's. We went to Waterloo this past weekend for a bit of shopping and wine tasting. The highlight of our trip ended up being our stay at the Inn. Not only is it beautiful, it was so relaxing and we were made to feel right at home. The breakfasts were amazing.... More

Wondeful Inn , Annemarie and Toni were just great. Very attentive. Great service. Close to all attractions and away from the busy highlights of other towns. Comfort and quality, I would recommend this Inn.

This was our 1st trip to the area and knowing more now, I wouldn't have selected Waterloo as the town to stay in. The surrounding areas are so charming and Waterloo seems to have seen better days. That said, this is a great launching spot for local activities, nothing is very far away. Main Street sounds so much better than... More

We took the smallest room it was only for two nights at the beginning of our stay in the finger lakes and we were meeting friends near by so it was really great. I would get a bigger room next time. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it. There was a common room for Tv, and since we were the... More

(Graduation weekend for HWS); a 15 minute drive east from the campus, this inn is located on the main road in the heart of the quaint and historical village of Waterloo. I booked 3 rooms a year in advance for this year's commencement and the rates at the time of the booking were honored. The Garden Room is large, spacious... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at The Gridley for a weekend and were immensely pleased at our soggiorn in this old style Victorian mansion. Our hostess, Caren, was magnificent and besides the exquisitely prepared breakfasts, we also made special reservations for the English Afternoon Tea that was an unique experience and is served in the parlor area of The Gridley.... Perhaps a hidden gem. So glad I found it. Away from the hustle and bustle of tourist activities but close enough for easy access. Sitting on the large front porch watching the traffic and activities go by reminded me of a time from the past doing the same thing on my grandmothers' front porches. All rooms are on the second... My wife and I had a fantastic stay here in 2008 (but it won't let me review that far back). We stayed only one night in the Harmony Room (with the whirlpool tub). It was lovely. The breakfast and services were excellent. And we got to enjoy the Memorial Day festivities. And one other set of guests was a great... More

We were traveling with a group of 6, 4 of whom had never stayed at a B&B and we were all very happy with the beautiful antique home and the inobtrusive but efficient staff. We felt like we had rented a villa along with the help!! Food was very nice as well.
