Spent a couple of nights here whilst touring around Lake Ontario. Received a warm welcome from Joan and Mike and Mike was very helpful with local information. Breakfasts very good - all home made - and plenty of it to set you up for the day. Didn't see an awful lot of the area as we were treating this stop... More

Spent two nights at this B&B while enjoying the wine and cheese trail of the Finger Lakes. Our room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The well stocked bathroom was spotless. Owners Mike and Joan have covered all the bases with regard to traveler information. They maintain a helpful notebook with information about the restaurants around their location,... More

Spent one night here in route to Massachusetts. Very nice couple running this B&B. John immediately made us feel welcome and gave us the tour of the B&B and recommendations for dinner that evening. Easy access to the wineries around Lake Seneca and John was happy to point us in the right direction. B&B is clean and comfortable. We stayed... More

We chose to stay in Waterloo on our way from Maine to Ontario Canada. Location was excellent for our purposes and had the advantage of NOT being right on one of the lakes, so price was very reasonable. Mike and Joan welcomed us warmly, our room was comfortable, and the bathroom very clean and well-equipped. We got an excellent recommendation... More

We decided to stop here and do a little last minute wine tasting and I'm so glad we did!! It's the most charming b&b I've ever seen with the best hosts who make you feel right at home. As far as the food, it can't be beaten! It was a little piece of heaven waking up to freshly roasted coffee... More

A friendly welcome awaited us when we arrived. The rooms were clean & comfortable with beautiful quilts on the beds. Breakfast was good but the portions were a little large for us. The snacks/tea/coffee were disappointing as the creamer was out of date & not enough ordinary coffee. Good centre for exploring the Finger Lakes.

Our welcome was friendly. The rooms were comfortable with beautiful quilts on the beds. Breakfast was very tasty but the portions were a little on the large side. It was an excellent base for exploring the Finger Lakes and the advice we were given was very helpful.

Selected for short visit to Sececa Falls area based on previous reviews but were disappointed with Waterloo in general. Warm welcome from friendly owners and comfortable room but we could have done with more variety and choice for breakfast.

We stayed at this B&B over the weekend for a girls weekend get-away. Shopping at the outlets, relaxing in a B&B.... The B&B itself was fine. The owners were very friendly. The cost was reasonable. But, the snacks upstairs were never refilled (empty when we arrived), the room was SO hot (and my friends are both pregnant, they were dying!),... More
