My wife and I stayed with our little 10-month old for one night at Tin Brook. I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. We would have liked to stay for 2 nights, but it was booked. David was friendly and helpful and the room was cozy and comfortable. Loved having Breakfast delivered so we could eat in our pajamas with... More

We stayed here while visiting relatives scattered about the Hudson Valley area. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable Pumpkin room which had private access. We appreciated the nearness to Walden with its several restaurants and bike path, which we walked. David, the proprietor, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delivered to our room hot and right on time,... More

As my husband and the title say, our stay was a great bang for the buck!! We were originally scheduled for one of the singles for a couple nights during the Thanksgiving weekend, but David graciously upgraded us to one of the suites for the same original amount. And, while I'm sure the single would have been great, the suite... More

We've never stayed at a B&B before, and it almost never occurred to us. We thought we'd be stuck in a crummy hotel in Newburgh. For less $ than expected we had all the comforts of home...but even better! We enjoyed the Vineyard room for a couple of nights, and the Pumpkin Patch for a few nights. Both rooms were... More

We're from the country, born and raised and still living there, so we're not often knocked over by what most "city folks" see and appreciate with so much amazement. Have to say, though -- and maybe it was just the time of year, the start of fall and right before Halloween -- that Tin Brook B&B kept us in "LOL"... More

My Mom and I stayed 5 nights in the Vineyard Room and it was just perfect for us. My husband was working (and staying) nearby on a project, so the good value of this room ($79/night) was a blessing. It has it's own access to the driveway, it's on the ground floor (perfect for my Mom, with a bad knee)... More

I stayed here for 4 nights since I have a business in the area. The rooms are pleasant, well-appointed and you can see that the owners put a lot of attention and love into their work. Dave is on the premises and really has a commitment to making your stay enjoyable

We stayed at the Tin Brook for 9 nights. We were visiting my son, who is at Watchtower Farms. For those of you visiting WT Farm, it is about 19 minutes away. You are probably 45 minutes from Patterson Bethel and and 1 1/2 hours from Brooklyn. There is also a train that you can take from nearby Beacon to... More

Very clean room, flat screen with lots of stations, and free wireless that works. We were in the punkin patch room and it was comfortable with 2 people, has a private entrance, and a jetted tub. Breakfast was great, you pick the time for breakfast delivered to the room, and it was right on time, Hot, and filling. Made friends... More
