The location is perfect for a tour of Binghamton University. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast was nice and the room was quiet for sleeping with nice bedding. The associated Japanese restaurant was very good and welcome after a long drive.

Stayed here for one night while visiting Binghamton University. We got in around 8pm and check in was fast and easy. Friendly front desk staff. Spa water in the reception area. There's a hibachi restaurant on site. My son and I had dinner there upon arrival and it was pretty good. There's a complimentary continental breakfast. You can make your... More

The front staff is very helpful. The hotel is older but, has been nicely updated. I will say the sink are extremely low. A very tall person would have difficulty. I had no trouble with the internet. Also had no trouble with any noise. The one thing that I did notice was that on 2 occasions I smelled cigarette smoke.... More

Its not a bad hotel, but the wifi was really terrible and the walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on next door. And I mean everything. Its close to a good array of restaurants, and the sushi place locate inside the hotel is pretty good too, so at least theres that.

Our performing arts group spent 2 nights on the property. Rooms are clean and quiet in our wing. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is an on property Japanese restaurant that was mediocre, but they are separate from the hotel. For us, dragging luggage up the stairs wasn't appealing. Investing in a elevator would be nice. All in all no... More

We were very pleased to find the staff extremely friendly. The room was large and very clean! The bathroom is small but for a one night stay it was just fine!! Breakfast was totally adequate with a woman who was there to help with anything and everything!!

Spent a night after dropping my son at Binghamton U. Room was clean and spacious although as others have noted with a very small bathroom. Definitely somewhat noisy....blowers from the air vents make quite a while noise that never really stops - but I got used to that. Better than having if cycle on and off constantly. No issues with... My husband and I spent two nights here on Thanksgiving and the Friday after. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room with a King sized bed was very spacious and clean. The good: Location to the University, the friendly staff and the cost 80$. The bad is that the hotel is struturally built so paper thin you hear everything. For example when someone opens or shuts their door you might as well be opening or closing your own. When guest walk down the hall which they did at 2, 4, 5... More
