I stayed in this hotel with 4 teenagers while one of them (my son, 18) was touring BU prior to making his college decision (he decided to go to the school). While the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, there were fresh cookies on check-in, and the lobby area was pleasant, there were... more

I am a fan of Residence Inn in general because I prefer to stay in hotels that have kitchenettes to use. Not all that much for the stove/oven, which is there is you need it, but to heat up quick frozen meals rather than eat out every meal. As always, I am happy to say this hotel was a great... more

We spent one night in this hotel on the way to visit a college an hour from the hotel. After a long drive to get there, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly person at reception who really lightened the mood after a 3 hour long drive in the dark. he also acknowledged that we wanted no feather pillows in... more

We stayed here when dropping our son off to begin classes at Binghamton University. They have an evening reception with different food each night. The breakfast had eggs. potatoes, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogut, make your own waffels, juice and coffee. The room was a nice size but if you looked it was dirty. The baseboards were all of dust and dirt.... more

Can't be as positive as the others because of one thing, the room was WARM. Upon arriving at 8pm, the a/c was on but the room was 80 degrees and it took nearly 2 hours to get down to 70. This is not the desert, it is New York and the outside temp was only 85 or so. Staff was... more

This hotel was great! There is lots of space. My room had a full kitchen, a small table, two closets, a couch, a desk, internet hook up, a queen size bed, a bathroom, and a seperate dresing area. The hotel has a clean pool, a basketball court, and a jacuzzi. When we arrived there was fresh pizza and snacks! The... more

Over the years we have tried several area motels and this one is a favorite. Clean rooms, good service, excellent free breakfast and friendly, welcoming staff. Our daughter is a BU student and this property is located conviently between the university and downtown. The property is a little hidden away from the road but worth finding. Like most motels watch the... more

We love Marriott! As usual – a clean comfortable room with comfortable bed. Bring your own Cat-5 cable for Internet access along with firewood. The fireplaces were great in the winter, adding ambiance and warmth. Hot breakfast included! more

I went up to Binghamton this weekend with my dad and brother to visit the university for my brother. My parents used to stay here when I went to Binghamton, but I forgot what a lovely, homey place it is to saty in. We stayed in the Penthouse, which was great for 3 people (2 bedroms, 2 bathrooms, living area,... more

This past weekend, we stayed in the penthouse unit for 2 nights. The 2 bedrooms with kitchen and sitting area were perfect for me and my four kids. The hotel provided a portacrib for my toddler, including a fresh sheet and clean baby blanket. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, and all major appliances. There... more
