Stayed at this hotel for a few weeks on business. This is your basic Courtyard but with great service. They have basic tv, great internet connection, but a brand new exercise room which was great. Only downside was a small bathroom, which was a pain in the mourning. All in all this was a good stay. more

Stayed using Marriott points so cannot comment on the rate. Room was very clean and bright. King bed was new and very comfortable. Free nternet worked well. Free coffee in the lobby was good. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. more

Not the greatest comfort of value. No double queen rooms or sleepers in the King room. Room was very average for a place that just remodeled. Low Def TV, small desk space, regular sized room. Decent internet, clean and bright enough room. Pleasant, but intensely average and acceptable. Great location, good food, SUNY/BU, shopping all close by. more

Clean, comfortable, up to date rooms with friendly service. A business motel which is peacefull on the weekends.. Close to everything. One of the more expensive properties in the area and breakfast is not included. I would stay here again but only if I manage to book it at a good rate. Undergoing refurbishment, power cut in morning at breakfast, on the good side goiod internet access and good local restaurants and drinking establishments close by. more

Make sure you don't leave any personal items unsecured or leave behind after check out, their HOUSEKEEPING STAFF'S integrity is questionable and not in compliance with the Marriott chain guidelines. It was due to my negligence that I left the item behind, but it was never turned over to the hotels management. Don,t tip housekeeping. more
