We had a very pleasant stay. After reading some reviews I was concerned, but the room was nice, clean and odorless :) The staff was exceptionally pleasant. We played the slot on premise and actually won. The Inn is about a mile or so away from Turning Stone,

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights on a mini vacation with plans to go to the Boxing Hall of Fame in Canastota, NY. The room was nice and clean and the front desk staff pleasant. Free breakfast was adequate with a choice of cold cereals, hot oatmeal, breads and a waffle maker. I would definitely recommend this... More

First, we stayed for free due to an offer from Turning Stone. This could skew our review to the good because FREE is always good! First, this hotel is NOT on the casino property. It is about 1.5 miles away. Not an issue for us but I want that to be clear for anyone from out of the area. We... More

we stayed here on our way to western New York. It was ok no frills and there was a sewer odor. This was very noticeable if you were outside waiting for the shuttle. The breakfast buffet is very basic with watered down juice. There are better options in the area.

Truly fine. Much cheaper than staying at the Lodge or the Tower at Turning Stone. Free 24 hour shuttle to the casino was nice. This was nothing better or worse than a Holiday Inn aside from the staff. The staff were better than you're average roadside inn. I witnessed two staff members try to resolve a rental car issue for... More

The room was just a basic room, but very clean and staff was really nice. Next time we go I think we will bring a fan as you can hear people walking up stairs and in hallway. Breakfast was typical continental, but the room was free so we can't complain. It took quite a while for the bus to come... More

I use this hotel when I'm doing book signings in the Utica-Verona area because it is decent and no-frills (meaning economical). You get a basic room for one with no much in the way of extras. The beds/mattresses are mostly comfortable unless you need a hard mattress, as these are not. Also, there are no elevators in this hotel, so... More

I was concerned when returning to the hotel late on a Friday night when I saw the shuttle bus of drunk guests getting off, but it was somehow quiet overnight. It is a very good deal and one traffic light from the main property.

We stayed here because of a comped room so I can't tell u the rate. The room was small, bathroom small but bed was comfortable for the night. I can't describe noise level like other reviewers have because we didn't come back to our room til 3:30am. We didn't take advantage of free breakfast either because of prior arrangements. No... April 2015 was the 2nd time that my aunt & I used my comp night to stay there. It was nice, clean, easy to get to on the 2nd floor. The shuttle bus was only a 5 min ride to the Casino. They could improve by having a microwave and fridge in the rooms. Sometimes travelers on the budget would... More
