I recently stayed here for a business trip. I had read reviews, from the Trip Advisor, and had read about the good and bad of this hotel. On arrival, check in went well and the satff was good. When I entered the room the overwhelming stale cigarette odor was over powering. I was with serveral other people and they all... more

Got a good internet rate and since we were just passing through the area, it was a fine place to spend the night. We were on our motorcycle, so the shuttle service to the casino was nice. It runs 24 hrs a day and we didn't have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get picked up at the inn... more

The Bad: I came to this hotel via a special internet rate. Unfortunately I did not read the fine print that said that I was staying at the unwanted step-child of the casino. There was also no disclosure that I would have the benefits of hearing everything that went on in my neighbors rooms via the paper-thin walls or the... more

The Inn was running a $69/2 double bed promotion at the Inn, so we decided to book it. The property itself isn't THAT bad in the way of a no frills, basic hotel, but it stinks. There is a stale cigarette stench that you'll notice from the second you open the door to check in and will stick with you... more

We used the Inn when we attended the Great American Irish Festival with our small children, so the casino/resort aspect of it was not of interest to us. The room, while basic, was clean and comfortable. It was a non-smoking room and had no odor of cigarette smoke whatsoever. Even though there was a faint odor in the hall, this... more

Five years ago, we stayed at the Inn at least three times a month. Since then, we have stayed always at the resort. In recent months, my comp rooms got "downgraded" to the Inn. (Why? I do not know, I have spent as much as always on the gambling floor.) Five years ago, we saw new mattresses being carried in... more

We stayed at the Inn at Turning Stone for one night as it was near the casino and a good price. This hotel was formerly Super 8 but has been operated by the Oneida Nation for 10 years and has been upgraded so that it's above the Super 8 quality that you might expect. The room was good size, bed... more

I attended a conference at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino, but there were no rooms available at the resort for my first night. I asked the resort for other options and the Inn at Turning Stone was suggested. The Inn was about $20 per night cheaper, and the Inn has a shuttle that goes to the resort (which I... more
