Off interstate 90, this polished casino resort is 5 miles from Oneida. The sleek rooms and suites offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screens, mini bars and luxury bathrooms. Some quarters have balconies/terraces, while others have 4-person hot tubs. Larger suites have fireplaces, wraparound balconies and 2nd bathrooms, while the 3-bedroom suites add kitchens and saunas. Dining options include an upscale steakhouse and a sushi bar, as well as a trendy cocktail lounge. There's also a relaxed gig venue and a 1940s-film-noir-themed bar. Other amenities include a glitzy gaming floor and several golf courses, plus a spa, tennis courts and a fitness center.
I have stayed at the lodge several times and love it. This time I came with the girls for an overnight trip. The staff was great in providing us with a cot and extra pillows and blankets- the only proble was when we arrived for our 3:00 pm ccheck in the room was not ready and was not ready until after 5:00 pm. This gave us over 2 hours less of swim and hot tub time.

We have been guests of The Lodge at Turning Stone for about 15 years now. We started going when our children were babies because it was a close drive and we were only willing to stay one night away from our kids. We found it to be the perfect combination of fun and luxury that we seek out when traveling! The Lodge is a boutique hotel nestled into the Turning Stone casino. I suggest to many friends and acquaintances to check it out and many complain that they "don't go to casinos". That's fair, but we are not big gamblers, we just find that the value for your money is definitely there if you play a little and rest and relax a lot. We often use the pool and hot tub, we like to have a fancy dinner at TS Steakhouse, and have a fun drinking night without having to drive…

We’ve stayed at Turning Stone many times and have always enjoyed our stay. This time we stayed in the Lodge which I booked well in advance and discussed arrangements for our Anniversary with the person I made the reservation with. I asked for room 129, I always request a first floor since I don’t ride elevators, said it was our 30th Anniversary and asked for an early check in since we had spa appointments. When we arrived we were not given any of these requests and were told none of these requests were in the notes. After mentioning some kind of compensation for the debacle we were sent a fruit and cheese platter which was very nice. However when known ahead as in every visit for our Anniversary or a birthday we’ve had a box of chocolates and an Anniversary note waiting in our…

Everything about this place is amazing the food, the rooms, the spa is out of this world. But it’s the staff that are this place’s greatest asset. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better group of people’s from valet’s up to the hotel manager. They are what make this a truly one of a kind destination.

This was our 4th stay, at The Lodge and every one has been terrific. From the moment you arrive, you'll be treated by a staff committed to making you feel welcome and important. The Lodge is an upscale all-suite property. The entrance and lobby are well maintained. The furnishings and amenities are very tasteful and attractive. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and it was easy to adjust the air conditioner/heater to a comfortable level. The dual-head shower is terrific. Overall, the suite was quiet and comfortable. I have only 2 minor criticisms: I wish there were more counter space in the bathroom. With 2 people, it was a little tight. Also, on previous visits, at night, they locked the walkway from the casino tower to The Lodge... and there was a visible security…

We stay often at Turning Stone Resort and Casino. We love the lodge. The staff treats us like family and the rooms are amazing. We recently stayed in a brand new renovated suite and we loved the new touches. Best night of sleep in a long time. Would highly recommend this to anyone passing through or staying for an extended period. Can’t wait to go back.

The Lodge is nothing short of spectacular. The landscapes, the amenities, the views, all stunning. The staff is attentive to every detail and provides impeccable service beyond my expectations. I frequent the lodge and have experienced most suite layouts. Each time I visit, I am amazed. Friendly smiles usher you in, under The Lodge carport. Tim, Cody, Sergio, Randy, Ray, and Ken eagerly greet guests with helping hands and a spring in their step. They each deserve shout-outs for professionally escorting you and your car to their next stop. Rebecca, Marley, Lindsey, Kelly, and Amy each provide superior service at the front desk. The check-in process is effortless. Do not hesitate to ask, they will deliver. Ian is the best in the hospitality business and goes out of his way to…

The lodge at Turning Stone had valet parking the staff was friendly It was nice and comfortable, with a minibar and great room service The only thing was after 11 pm the bridge to the casino would close and if gambling had to call a shuttle back and forward which was super inconvenient

This is the second tone we’ve stayed here in the past month for a reason: LUXURIOUS AND SAFE. About as clean as you can get, the staff are unbelievably friendly, and they go way above and beyond for you. The only bummer is the pool and hot tub are still closed but it’s for the better unless someone develops a waterproof mask? One suggestion: if you plan on eating at any of the Amazing restaurants on site and bring left overs back to the room, get the extra refrigerator! It’s $5, and makes life easier! Great deal... all in all, 5 stars baby!!!!
