We have stayed at The Lodge well over a dozen times in the past few years for some great staycations. All reviews are accurate in that the rooms, amenities and grounds are superb. However, the service is starting to slip maybe just a bit. In the past at check-in, depending on what time of year it is, the reception area... More

I was passing through upstate NY and stayed at the Lodge at Turning Stone for a night to rest. First of all, Turning Stone is a large complex with casino, restaurants, 3 different hotels. Not as big as the large Las Vegas casino/hotels but the same kind of feel to it on a slightly smaller scale. And all of this... More

This isn't my first experience with the Lodge, nor will it be my last. Every detail from the service to the cleanliness of the room and Jacuzzi are spot on. It always so relaxing staying here not having to worry about being comfortable at night in the bed or noise from neighbors. Everything about the stay is peaceful. Its great... More

We stayed in December on a cold weekend. What a wonderfully charming hotel. With a roaring fireplace and stonework details, this is truly a luxury lodge. There are other hotels at Turning Stone which offer different experiences. Look at the web site to compare. What you see in the pictures is an accurate portrayal of the experience you will get... We have stayed at The Lodges several times. I prefer warmer weather when I can sit on the balcony and read. My husband likes the casino. The rooms are very nice, all suites. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. Love the lounge area with fireplace, as well as fire pit outside. Great spa too!

Let me start by saying my first impression was WOW and my last impression was WOW. This resort (The Lodge) was above and beyond my expectations. Staff were exceptional - went above and beyond to service you, accommodate you, please you, take care of you. If they can't answer your question on the spot, they will find out. The property/compound/complex... More

I had to book a room at The Lodge as all the other rooms at the Turning Stone Casino were reserved for the weekend we were planning. I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay the fancy price as if I was in Manhattan but in Verona NY. Well it was WELL WORTH every dollar and every minute we stayed... More

I hate to write this because I would like to keep the Lodge a secret! We stayed two nights midweek and the experience exceeded all our expectations in every way. Our suite was spectacular - spacious, well-appointed, with high-quality linens and an extremely comfortable bed. We received a warm and professional welcome from Nicolas and all hotel staff; everyone was... More
