PICKED THIS HOTEL AFTER READING ABOUT IT ON TRIP ADVISOR. Was upgraded upon arrival. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect! Grounds are very pretty and spa was clean. Ate dinner at steakhouse - lovely meal.

We went to see Frankie Vallie and stayed 2 nights. The show was amazingly good. The orchestra and back up singers were fantastic. The Lodge is beautiful and our rooms were very clean and quite nice. It's almost like being in Vegas. We had the buffet one morning for breakfast ($9.99). Lots of choice and everything was very good. We... More

Here for a one-night getaway. Had a massage at Skana spa (I believe her name was Christy--amazing!!) We're staying at the Lodge...room has a deck that overlooks pond with tranquil sounds. The staff at Skana and The Lodge is exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is going smoothly.

Our family stayed here for the weekend to attend Colgate graduation. The Lodge is beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful environment for us to relax in between graduation events. Although it was fully booked, the rooms were quiet. The beds were not as comfortable as I would expect given all the other amenities. It also took a long time for... More

The tower is great but the Lodge is Turning Stone's wonderful secret. Attached to the main building by an airbridge, it is easy to go to the casino or restaurants but still remote enough to be quiet and secluded. Biggest attraction is the nicest pool & hot tub ever. The room is well appointed and ultra-clean and the staff treat... More

We visited here last year in April so we decided to return when weather was warmer. It is just such a beautiful hotel when entering and rooms exquisite. The atmosphere is so soothing. Everyone at the Lodge is excellent. Package we had included breakfast at Wildflower. Menu offers something for everyone. Since the weather was warm, we just walked across... More

We have stayed at The Lodge well over a dozen times in the past few years for some great staycations. All reviews are accurate in that the rooms, amenities and grounds are superb. However, the service is starting to slip maybe just a bit. In the past at check-in, depending on what time of year it is, the reception area... More

I was passing through upstate NY and stayed at the Lodge at Turning Stone for a night to rest. First of all, Turning Stone is a large complex with casino, restaurants, 3 different hotels. Not as big as the large Las Vegas casino/hotels but the same kind of feel to it on a slightly smaller scale. And all of this... More

This isn't my first experience with the Lodge, nor will it be my last. Every detail from the service to the cleanliness of the room and Jacuzzi are spot on. It always so relaxing staying here not having to worry about being comfortable at night in the bed or noise from neighbors. Everything about the stay is peaceful. Its great... More
