We stayed at the lodge on a weeknight in mid-December. Occupancy was very low, and as a result we had the facilities almost to ourselves. That probably influenced why I liked the lodge so much. The public areas and rooms are tasteful, spacious, clean and luxurious. The heat in our room wouldn't turn on when we arrived, and we got... more

All and all it was your average hotel, just with a casino attached. Wasn't a big fan of the smoking in doors, although there designated area... You can never mask the smell of smoke. more

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at the Hotel at Turning Stone. Although we are not big gamblers, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We indulged ourselves with multiple spa treatments...spending time in both spas. The staff at Stoning Stone, whether it be checking in, restaurants , spas, housekeeping etc. are friendly and helpful. Everyone had a smile. We... more

If you like second hand cigarette smoke, and seeing hordes of seniors spend their Social Security checks on nickel and penny slot machines, you will love this hotel. more

Have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 6 years (at least 2x month). It has dramatically gone done. There are usually 2-3 of us to the tune of several thousands of dollars per year. The comps have gone done, the rooms are dirty and smell and the carpets are disgusting. Don't walk on the carpet barefooted. Also,... more

We found that everything at the hotel/casino/restaurants was very much over priced and over rated. With the exception of very few of the staff ( who were great ) we found many to be not very professional or friendly. The pool area seemed fairly dirty for a resort and the life guard on duty the day we were there was... more

Our second visit to the Lodge at Turning Stone proved to be just as lovely as our first visit. Prompt courteous service, a beautiful spotlessly clean room with all the extra touches, and a fantastic spa, all add up to a wonderful retreat. Even though the hotel had many visitors on our weekend, it never seemed to be noisy or... more

I spent three nights at Turning Stone for a conference. All the events were held in the hotel and events center, and the hosting group negotiated a room rate that was attractive ($108). I have attended the same conference at Turning Stone in the past, so I was familiar with the facility. This was my second time staying at the... more

We visited in late September with Family. Had some free rooms from a family member that had some gambling comps. The hotel room was dated, but you can't really avoid that unless they undergo a massive remodeling. I'm always disappointed when rooms don't include a fridge, but we did get one for a nominal $5 charge. Internet was free. But... more

After being brought to my corner room on the 19th floor of the tower, I drew back the curtains to find about 50 dead, and dying, flies on both window sills. Then I noticed quite a few dead and dying flies all around. I called the desk and they had a bellman bring me to another corner room on the... more
