This is a very nice hotel... just a few complaints. In general, the lobby and casino are extremely smoky... in this day and age, stop the indoor smoking. However, my nonsmoking room was fine. The only other "complaint" is the lack of outlets in the room. We all have many things that need to be plugged in and charged. The... More

There was a party of 4 and the ladies went for a spa treatment! It was the fantastic. More people should relax there! It was also where we were greeted by friendly people. The front desk at the TOWERS lacked people skills, very unprofessional and no smiles of enthusiasm. Our dinner at the SteakHouse was fantastic and John showed lots... More

The Tower, Spa and Pino Bianco were very enjoyable and relaxing. The location is close to Bouckville were we went antiquing and relaxing. Perfect girls weekend, shopping, spa and great Italian food. The only complaint we had that there was a mix up on dinner reservations but all was resolved quickly.

Came to see Bobby Vinton - what a great show!!! Stayed over in the tower. Lovely room - large with up to date amenities. Good food at the buffet - both dinner and breakfast. Hope to get back again soon to see another show.

We stayed at the Tower as a family, with 2 children, as the price for the stay was the same as for Fairfield by Marriott accross the "street." The room was spacious, bathroom as well. Decor nice and modern. Few things: glass door to the shower didn't close properly and water would leak to the floor in moderate amounts requiring... More

When making the reservation, check-in time was specified @ 3p.m. After check-in @ 3:30p.m. I was told "could not check-in to room until 6p.m. After some "heated" discussion with the front desk supervisor, after he stated the room would not be ready til 6p.m., the room was made "immediately" available. I had an amiable discussion with the front desk manager,... More

The hotel and restaurants were very good. My only complaint is the breakfast and snacks served during the seminar. Everything was SUGAR. Pastries, donuts.......several of us had to go to the coffee shop or restaurant for breakfast because of being diabetics. It would be so much better to serve maybe "some" sweets, but also things like bagels or hard rolls.

I stayed in The Tower on the 17th floor, and the room was great! Checking in was a bit slow in this age of technology, apparently there were some computer issues. Front desk were professional - baggage folks cordial, valet parking cordial, though it was a slow process when I left. Excellent dinner in Pino Bianco. Conference room and service... More

Had been to Turningstone over the years but had never stayed on the grounds. Our two-night stay at The Tower was part of a wedding weekend, and every detail was great. From the friendly and helpful valet attendants to the front desk, and especially our bellman, we were made to feel comfortabke and very welcomed. Upon arrival, you can use... More

We had such a great time last week at Turning Stone. We went there to see Ted Nugent & gamble a little. We left with such a great feeling. The whole place was CLEAN. The employees were so accommodating. Nothing was an issue. The food was outstanding. I never give reviews, just lazy. This time I knew I had to.
