Two day business meeting at Turning Stone. Nice meeting space and conference room set up. Hotel rooms are neat, clean and quiet. Our entire team was well rested. Casino was also very nice. Upstate Pub staff was great as 20 of us poured in on them.

The rooms were very nice, we had adjoining rooms which was a main door wth two other doors beyond that. When we went to sleep we kept the doors open but the main door was closed and locked. We woke up at 1:30 to a drunk woman in our room she was obviously in the wrong room. Now at 1:30... More

We appreciate that you took the time to comment regarding your recent stay. The main outer door, to the adjoining rooms, does indeed lock and can only be accessed with a room key for either of the two adjoining rooms located beyond it. In the future, we strongly recommend that you do not leave your door open, to ensure the... More

We stayed at the Tower for one night and enjoyed ourselves with all that is available there. The restaurants and nightlife and of course the casinos are top notch, but the hotel room was not. I just expected that there would be a mini fridge available for our use. The mattress was terrible, not a good nights sleep for us.... More

Very nice and property was clean. Could smell smoke but was now bad on casino floor as I thought. Staff was very friendly but front desk was slow, many workers are talking amongst themselves or working on computer.

Turning Stone Casino in Verona NY is a resort opened in 1993 by the Oneida Indian Tribe. It is a sprawling complex comprised of The Inn, The Villages RV Park, The Tower, The Lodge and The Hotel. The later two are the "luxury suite" properties and, as I understand, the place to stay requiring bookings far in advance. The Tower... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a romantic single-night getaway. Free valet parking was a very nice touch and helped to make our arrival/check-in experience go very smoothly. The lobby area was very tidy and there was very little sound pollution from the nearby casino and other on-site entertainment. Our single Queen bed room on the 15th floor was... More

I had a lovely time on a Wkend getaway. The atmosphere is nice if you a gambling or not. Many things to do, places to just sit n relax, restaurants. Bingo hall was intense for a first timer, I won't suggest a double day. But it was fun and helpful ppl who was around to help. Ate at the Emerald... More

Checked in on 2/3/2015 for a two night stay. Left early after one night because the bed was so uncomfortable that both my wife and I walked around all day with our backs hurting. The mattress felt and sounded like it needed to be replaced. The room was smaller than the normal room with a king size bed. It looked... More

was pleasantly surprised by my stay. From the valet parking through check in/check out was painless, little waiting and courteous staff. The room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. It was a nice getaway.

We've stayed here many times at the tower and the rooms are always clean, fresh and ready for us when we arrive. This makes it very convenient to stay there, while partying at the Casino and bars at the location.
