I recently stayed at the Tower & had a wonderful 3 night stay. The staff was warn & accommodating from check in to check out. The restaurant I enjoyed was The Emerald". It was casual, had a large selection & the food was delicious. I would stay here again anytime.

Stayed just one night and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and had a wonderful shower. It had good coffee in the room which is important to me.

We recently stayed in a beautiful room in the Tower at the Turning Stone resort . Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, a gorgeous walk in tiled shower, a beautiful view of the surrounding area--it was GREAT to be on the 16th floor!--and the BEST air conditioning system! All in all, it was a wonderful night in... More

stayed here recently on a business trip for a conference with a group of people. Every one of us had about 10 flies in our rooms. When one person complained the next morning they said "oh you should have told us". When 10 of 10 of us has a room full of flies my guess is you know you have... More

My wife attended a conference at this resort recently for three nights. The hotel, casino, physical facilities are quite impressive. Our first 24 hours were not good and led me to making significant and repeated complaints to the hotels manager. While it took longer than I would have liked to get the issues resolved, ultimately they were. Initially their response... More

My stay at Turning Stone was in conjunction with a business conference at the resort. Upon arrival the staff was gracious if not overly welcoming. It was early in the week and thus quiet for a casino. Many of the restaurants were closed so we were limited as to where we could dine. There was a reception in the evening... More

Recently joined my partner for 3 days and I can't say enough. I personally work in a hotel and realize the importance of customer service. From the time I arrived to the time I left everyone was wonderful. Enjoyed the serene music in the lobby pool, very peaceful, felt like I had my own private pool in paradise. Room was... More

The tower is fantastic! The upper floors have a gorgeous panoramic view! Donald (front desk super) gave us superior service! If we ever have an issue-which is rare- he takes care of us right away. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Turning Stone Tower while in town for a local event. The rooms were large, well appointed and clean. Considering this is a casino located in an out of the way location, I would have expected a more reasonable room rate. While I understand that they are I n business to make money, everything and everybody... More
