room and concert were great...don't understand how the $100 of free play was "free" since we paid for it and would have had to give back the $100 had we won on it...perhaps, a food voucher would be a better feature for the package...no problem with noise...refrig would be nice...had a great time

We were comped a room in the Hotel - we wanted to upgrade to the Tower, but no rooms were available - but this was fine. Once we got to the Casino, we were planning on dining at TS Steakhouse, so it was nice that we didn't have to leave the facility, valeted the car, so no worries. The rooms... More

Everything was great, but a little pricey. Wish there had been a fridge in the room. Glad noise wasn't a factor.Would recommend to friends. Would like to go back on a weekend for one night,(because that is all we can afford) but you can't get a room for one night on the weekend.

We haven't been here 7 yrs. - the layout is very confusing - a map could be helpful. The lack of a refrigerator was unexpected. Thank goodness for the addition of access of adult beverages - made me forget how "tight" these ancient machines were. We were on the 3rd floor & noise was a factor. We really liked the... More

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay. Perhaps you were not aware, that the Hotel at Turning Stone finished a complete renovation of our guest rooms in early 2012. Although there are not refridgerators in the guest rooms, they are readily available at your request. In addition, we offer several touch screen Directory's throughout the... More

We had a 3rd floor room, the window faced the casino. I was amazed at how quiet the room was. It was clean and basic. No frills but good bed, temp control, and a coffee maker. We needed a bottle opener and they took less then 3 min to bring it up along with free playing cards. We got late check out at... More

I am a 19 year old poker player who had $900 stolen from my wallet, which was on a TV stand near the door to the door. I reported the exact window of time between 3 and 4 am when the theft occurred and reported to hotel security and police. The Onieda Nation police opened a bungled investigation. They insisted... I was very impressed with the architecture and the layout of Turningstone Resort-Casino. My room in the hotel very nice and very quiet. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the casino as well as the whirlpool and thought my stay was very well priced. I will recommend Turningstone to my friends and definitely stay there again.

Large hotel directly attached to casino and many food and entertainment options. While many nice restaurants and bars to choose from, the hotel and room itself are good, but nothing fancy. It was, however, quiet at night to sleep.Location is good if you are there to gamble. Lastly, when I made the reservation, I notified them we were traveling for... More

The Turning Stone Resort sits in a lovely location and is beautifully constructed. The staff are cordial, and they clearly take pride in their workplace. I was traveling on business and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the casino-hotel combo. I would happily stay there again on business, but I would not stay here with my family, as the... Ok but for what I spend while I'm there I should be able to spend the night for free regardless of what night or month it is. I'm not greedy, even a discount on a room would be nice. It's not like I drive up there to just walk around and not spend money. Plus I can't remember the last... More
