My wife and I visited here recently and stayed at the Turning Stone Hotel. We always find the staff here to be very nice, check-in is usually fast, and the rooms are always clean. We had a Jacuzzi room that included robes for our use during our stay, a real nice touch. Hallways were clean in our areas and the... More

Agree with many of the previous comments, hotel rooms are clean but just barely average (for example the ordinary quality of the mattress, finishes and fixtures in the bathroom; it was noisy also - can hear plumbing drains, hallway noise, etc.), therefore, overpriced. The smoke from the casino has drifted up into the hotel especially the hallways - without question they... More

pretty good room, nothing that extraordinary, love the property, many great dining options, and just a over all good time. Was at the casino for a poker tournament, the staff was very accommodating for my early check in.

Had an overnite stay last month...been there 3-4x prior.....First I think the room prices are too high...I paid about $175 for the hotel....I know many people get free rooms but my "action" is not up to free rooms. We did get some nice free play and $15 meal coupons so did ok there. Some employees could use some better customer... More

Rooms are very nice. Hallways are very dirty and musty smelling. Carpet must be the same carpet put in when they opened 21 years ago. The cigarette smoke from the casino has wafted up to the hallways. Fortunately, that smell has not gone into the overnight rooms.

A business trip and a one night stay at the Hotel at Turning Stone was acceptable. The furnishings and decorations are non descript. The room was clean without issues and the bed and bedding was comfortable. The lighting in the halls and room seemed dim, and everything just had a very bland feel about it. I have no complaints about... More

Big let down after looking at the website/app. We had booked (In early June) a smoking Jacuzzi room along with tickets to see Ziggy Marley. Arrived, at check in we were told no smoking room was available. We were offered a lower grade room which we declined! I asked for an upgrade to which I was told it would be... More

We chose this hotel for a college reunion weekend. It's not far from our college and thought it would be a fun place to stay. Leave your alcoholic beverages at home because you can't bring anything in and you'll be hard pressed to find a bar and a drink. The rooms also don't have a refrigerator to even cool nonalcoholic... Lovely gardens surround a very comfortable and luxurious hotel with great services and food! We enjoyed our stay here very much and wish it were longer! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the ambiance is very hospitable.

We stayed over one night to break up a long trip from upstate to Long Island. We like casino hotels and have been to Mohegan, Atlantic City and Vegas frequently. The valet and check-in were quick. We requested a high floor and were accommodated with no problem. The casino was on the small side and did get crowded in the... More
