The hotel was good except for the fact people are allowed to smoke almost all over the property. We knew this prior to staying but due to the fact the show we were seeing was at the event center on property we stayed even with all the smoke. It was really bad... Clothes and eyes paid the price! Poor due... More

Great place to see a show, gamble as long as you like and eat delectable dishes. Plenty of restaurants to please your pocketbook and palate. Action aplenty in the casino and entertainment to satisfy everyone's taste. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean with free wifi and in-room coffee pots. Flat screen tvs and inviting bedding. Be prepared to walk... More

For non smokers this is an awful location to stay! We have two little ones and we were hoping to use the pools and restaurants while we were in the area for family reunion and it was hard to do things like that bc of the smoke. Even in our room it smelled alittle like smoke and we had a... More

The room and facilities were very nice, but the level of smoking at this place was simply unbelievable. I believe most of the guests believe that the Smoking section requires you to smoke all the time. There are so many smokers that they have a smoking area in the middle of the non-smoking gaming section, which means that the non-smoking... More

We were very disappointed to learn about the experience you encountered on your recent golf vacation. We understand there was some confusion with changes to tee times and the conflicting tournament. We are very sorry that things did not go as originally planned and we can certainly understand your frustration. Upon review of your reservation, we did see that some... More

There is nothing to do at this hotel but gamble. There is nowhere to go nearby, just gamble, gamble, gamble. We bought tickets to a terrific show the night we arrived and the rest of our trip, there was nothing. Just a beautiful hotel with mediocre restaurants.

First time staying at the actual hotel inside turning stone. Check in was great as our room was ready at 1pm. Bell hop was extremely nice as they brought our luggage and a bucket of ice to the room. Now the room I thought was extremely small for $170 you would think they would have queen beds vs. Double beds... More

We are sorry to hear that you didn't care for your room selection. Although the Hotel offers two Double beds, the Tower does offer two Queen beds. If that is your preference, we recommend the Tower for your next visit. We hope you will stay with us again and give the Tower a try. Thank you so much for taking... More

The hotel was nice but a little noisy on the bottom floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and the shuttle to the Casino (Turning Stone) was frequent and friendly. The drive to the casino took about 5 minutes. The only thing I didn't really like was the fact that you had to... More

We were attending Frankie Valli show and decided to spend the night. We were in not in the Tower like previous but found nothing wrong with our room. Still accessible from main lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. We bought the breakfast package and ate in the Emerald room the next morning. You had no limits on what you ordered... More

Just stayed for 3 nights for a wedding. We stayed in a "non smoking" room in the hotel section, but it smelled of old smoke the minute we entered the room. We thought about asking to switch to another room, but that's a hassle. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the entire room, BUT the furniture was fairly... More

We have stayed at the tower before and the rooms were great. This time we stayed at the hotel on the 3rd floor. Every time you go to the elevators you have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke. The second floor is designated for smoking rooms- and the rooms above are not. When you are in the hall... More
