This was our first time at the Turning Stone complex. We had a package deal to see Jay Mohr and stay at the Hotel overnight. I would have slept in a tent to see Jay Mohr but I think I can still be objective in my review of the hotel! The rooms were very clean and quiet, even for a... More

Well I definitely prefer the rooms at the lodge but the regular rooms are not that bad. Surprisingly quiet even when the resort is very busy. Rooms are clean and well-maintained overall not a bad place to stay. Lots to see and to do while staying there.

I have been going to this resort for 10 years. Each time, regardless to the changes, additions, etc. made to this Casino Resort - we are never disappointed. Accommodations available in the Hotel - 4 floors including a smoking floor; Tower - 21 floors believe are all non-smoking; Lodge - exclusive accommodations or the Inn - 3 floors with shuttle... Paid a lot of money and was very disappointed by the noise level all night long. Could not sleep at all and checking out to look for another hotel. Walls and doors are paper thin. No class hotel that reminds me nothing of the great hotels of Vegas. Don't waste your money!!!!!

My fiancé and I stay here all the time. We come over from Rochester area at least once every couple months. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The valet staff is phenomenal extremely sweet and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and up to date. Very clean and stocked. I recommend getting a massage when you stay and you'll get... More

Room was large and clean bed comfortable, very little noise fron hallways. What more can you say about a hotel room? Might have been a bit overpriced. Turning sStone has some nice shops and the layout can be a bit confusing, we are not gamblers went for a show in one of the lounge areas tables were tight but the... More

Since this was my first trip to turning stone I had no idea what to expect. I went with friends on a bus trip mainly to play Bingo. We arrived around 9:30 and went straight to Bingo hall. Our rooms were ready as promised by 3:30 PM. Room was average with two queen beds. Did not smell any smoke in... More

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special. Comfortable room, neutral decor. We got put in a smoking room, which smelled like an ashtray, but I suppose it's to be expected in a smoking room. The room I feel was overpriced for amenities you recieved however the casino, spas, and dining options attached are a lot of fun and well worth... More

Thank for taking the time to comment on your stay. Just to let you know a little bit about our resort, the Hotel is a AAA 3-Diamond rated property, and does offer smoking rooms. Perhaps for your next stay, you might prefer the Tower, which is a AAA 4-Diamond rated property and features all non-smoking rooms. It may be more... More
