Was recently at The Turning Stone for a conference. I travel around the country - and been to many casinos. If you are looking for a casino experience like no other - this isn't the place. I was supposed to be in the Tower, and upon arriving was told that there were no more rooms left - and I had... More

Stayed here during a business trip. What a great stay! Lots of restaurants, slots, bars and a couple neat gift shops. I stayed at The a Hotel and although it was a bit outdated, everything was clean and the bed was comfy. Ate at the Pub and was very happy with the food and excellent service. Im looking forward to... Spent 2 nights as a girls get a way. The Hotel room was clean, would have liked a refrigerator. The spa package seemed like a good deal so we booked appointments two months in advance and planned our get a way. The day came and we had wonderful massages, but then 2 of the 4 of us sat a 1/2... More

We had a very nice trip, staying two nights. This allowed us to de-stress the first night, eat, gamble, etc. and then get a good night's sleep the next night, after eating, gambling, etc. The hotel was quiet, room was clean, had the amenities we prefer (coffee, tv and quiet). Our room was a smoking room, but unlike other smoking... More

The Hotel at Turning Stone is a very nice hotel with great accommodations. You should just know, however, that the cost is "up there," unless you are "comp'd" (compensated) for a room while gambling at the casino. The rooms are fitted out with the now-common big-screen televisions, and all the conveniences that you'd expect in high-end hotel. The beds are... More

Stayed in a king bed room on the 3rd floor. Rooms are quite small but other than the dust on the television, sufficiently clean. Problem is that the non-smoking rooms get the exhaust from heating/cooling system from the smokey gaming floor below. It was as if someone was smoking in our room or blowing it under the door. Staff somewhat... More

room and concert were great...don't understand how the $100 of free play was "free" since we paid for it and would have had to give back the $100 had we won on it...perhaps, a food voucher would be a better feature for the package...no problem with noise...refrig would be nice...had a great time

We were comped a room in the Hotel - we wanted to upgrade to the Tower, but no rooms were available - but this was fine. Once we got to the Casino, we were planning on dining at TS Steakhouse, so it was nice that we didn't have to leave the facility, valeted the car, so no worries. The rooms... More

Everything was great, but a little pricey. Wish there had been a fridge in the room. Glad noise wasn't a factor.Would recommend to friends. Would like to go back on a weekend for one night,(because that is all we can afford) but you can't get a room for one night on the weekend.

We haven't been here 7 yrs. - the layout is very confusing - a map could be helpful. The lack of a refrigerator was unexpected. Thank goodness for the addition of access of adult beverages - made me forget how "tight" these ancient machines were. We were on the 3rd floor & noise was a factor. We really liked the... More
