I've never had an experience like this before, but I believe it is worth noting so others are spared the same experience. I had originally planned to stay at the hotel on Thanksgiving, as we were attending the dinner buffet on the property and booked our reservations in late September. At that time, the price of the room was $129/night.... more

What a wonderful 'find' for us. Went on a wine tasting tour around Seneca Lake in New York and decided to travel up to this property called Turning Stone. We are so glad we did. What a wonderful stay. The property is lovely, beautiful landscaping, elegant high rise facility, friendly, helpful, hotel employees. The casino was very, very nice and... more

I stayed overnight at the hotel after a concert. The hotel is nice and the service is what is to be expected. There were no surprises or disappointments. I was told about the cabinet underneath the TV and was afraid to open it. The showroom is very nice and they allowed photos during the show, which is seldom allowed at... more

This hotel was perfect to stop on the way back from Canada. Right off the Highway. Amd Relaxing The room was exceptional. The staff was great. Stayed in the lodge which was recently built. The room was magnificent. It was hard to leave the room. But there is a casino. The Casino was a bit smokey. The Casino was not... more

Took my two grandchildren and had a great night with them in the hotel, used my free night coupon but would have paid for the night. It was in July, we used the pool and ate at the Buffet. The girls want to "go live there!". They are 4 and 7, but I agree with them and would if I... more

Was here for one evening on Sept 8 for a little gambling for my husband and the howie mandel show for both of us. We ate at the buffet and was all very good food. The crab legs on friday night were an added yummy for me. Our room was very clean and good sized for the two of us.... more

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend and I have nothing but praise for this place. Let me tell you first that I am 26 yr old male from NYC who went here with the primary purpose of playing golf and gambling. WARNING: The Hotel/Casino/Restaurants do not serve alcohol. I knew this going up there and brought my own. You can... more

Found the jacuzzi suite with a patio very worn out and smelled stale (almost like mildew or extreme moisture). Additionally, had a strong cigarettte smoke smell to it even though it was at the end of long hallway on a non-smoking floor and was designated as a non-smoking room. TV remote controls did not work properly and sheets did not... more

My wife and I travelled to Turning Stone for the first time for a poker getaway. Got a great rate for poker players. We stayed in a very tasteful but small room in the tower, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed excellent meals at Pino Bianco and Peach Blossom, the BYOB policy is strange but a great way to save money,... more
