We did not intend to stay here but on our way driving east found ourselves near Utica, NY and did not want to stay in that town again (had a horrible experience there last year). Called the TS casino/ hotel and found they had a room at "The Lodge" which they described in lovely terms. We were blown away at... more

To say my experience at Turning Stone sucked would be to nice. The room in which my new wife and I stayed was nice, clean and easy to get to but the service at both the Peach Blossom where we ate and the Casino where we donated money was not good. The food in the Blossom was average at best.... more

Planned a special anniversary surprise for my husband and booked a bed and breakfast package via the hotels website. Requested a king bed and nice tub on a high floor -specifically mentioned the anniversary and wanted a quiet room etc.. The young girl who checked us in was Amanda>she said she had a king bed on a high floor but... more

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Tower in Turning Stone Casino. Valet check in is complementary. The check in was fast & efficient. Hotel staff is hospitable and friendly. Our Tower room was immaculate. It consisted of a spotless bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower and large sink area. The king-size bed was very comfortable. There was a roomy... more

We stayed in the tower for a business meeting. It was clean safe and secure. The decor was modern and sleek. Comfortable king bed but only 3 pillows (seemed chinzy for a king bed and 2 people) but they brought us extra upon request. In the lobby there was a lot of action and you could smell the smoke from... more

It is the worst experience that our family ever faced. We booked the bed and breakfast package for our family( 2 adults, one 5 yr old and one 2 yr old). When we came down for breakfast, they said the package only includes breakfast for adults not for kids. We are like, we paid for the family and reported the... more

Girlfriend and I came up to Turning Stone to visit my little sister at nearby Hamilton College. Parents stayed at the Lodge and we stayed in the Tower. I have been coming to Turning Stone for years and well before the Tower, Lodge, golf courses, spa, etc.. were built and despite its decidedly dowdy and mid-market appearance back then, i've... more

Love the Turning Stone Casino & Resort, great variety of entertainment, shops, restaurants and clubs. The staff is so friendly, you couldn't ask for a nicer group of people and the place is always so clean. Frequently visitor the TS and have stayed in the Hotel and the Tower. Some rooms have a much better view than others but are... more

My husband I decided to spend the first night of our honeymoon at the Turning Stone Casino, we had an amazing time!! It was the perfect stop off after a very long and tiring week on the way to our final honeymoon destination. We stayed for one fun filled night in a beautiful suite and got a fantastic rate! Everything... more

I recently went to TS for the night with my husband. We got a suit which was 400 a night. Lost a ton of money on the tables which I'm not complaning about because we were "gambling". Went back to the room to go to bed and was woken at 4 am in the morning by a sewing needle stuck... more
