We stayed in #12 with some friends and it is basically a little apt. Separate bedrooms, kitchen, and everything. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we won't be staying anywhere else.
Consider the location - I can't imagine anything better - SPOTLESS!! Suite was like a little apartment perfect for our stay for the antique 5 day shows only a few minutes away. Heated pool, playground for the kids, accommodating host and hostess. Near good restaurants. Even dug up a plant start for us.
Stayed here for a convention at nearby Turning Stone. Stayed in unit #13, which is really a 2 bdrm apt. VERY NICE! Up to date, 3 flat screens, modern appliances & fixtures, great wi-fi, quiet & private. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!!
