The clean factor is bad. No one vacuumed as there were cornflakes on the floor. 2 dirty washcloths slung over shower rod. Heat would not work. Believe the bad reviews. They are true.Very run down. Electrical cords are run every which Way.blankets are full of holes. The outside has plastic sheets hanging over God knows what. Do not stay here.

Room smelt of cat urine and litter. Very musty and no screens to open windows. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Found a pubic hair on the pillow--awful!!! Not American operated. To tired to leave, slept in my motorcycle leathers. Getting a coffee in the morning at the office, and watching a hooker book a room for a... More

Filthy. Would not let my dog stay there. Disgusting. Reported to hotel chain. And on top all that they want to charge $78 per nite. We asked the desk clerk if she would stay there? No response. Not american operated. We left to say the least. Gross!

Night of the living dead. From the open window you could see the transmissions of vehicles passing over the room. And you wished you were under them. For one thing the air would be cleaner. Bring a gas mask. Rather than clean the room or change the carpet they use a dozen air fresheners. You'll wish you had more clothes... More

Wyndham hotels, in my experience, are not the same as spending time in a fiery inferno similar to popular depictions of hell - but super close! So far this summer I've been charged for a night in Oneida NY which I actually spent (and was also charged for) in Utica not taking off my shoes or allowing my skin to... More

When checking in there was a group of people sitting on the couch in the lobby. We assumed there were guests of the hotel. After the clerk handed us our keys, she went and sat down on the couches too - to watch TV with her family. The hallways were poorly lit, the room had mismatched furnishings and the bathroom... We stayed here since we had a coupon. The coupon was good from Sunday through Thursday at 39,99 for one person. The charge for the room was 44.99 since there were 2 of us. We stayed on a Thursday night. There was also a misc. charge for 10.00. My husband questioned it but could not understand the clerk. When I... More
