Stayed here last weekend. The staff was friendly and accommodating of our request for an early check in. The Champions Restaurant had very good salads and the spa was quite a surprise. Although the spa itself is dated I had one of the best massages I ever had and I had my hair and make up done for a wedding... More

I travel for work and have stayed at Marriotts all over the country. I have to say this is one of the worst when it comes to customer service. Front desk regularly ignore room preferences. Requests for room service bills or folios are not fulfilled unless you follow up. Hotel though not new, is in a decent condition with a... More

My husband and I went to see an Islanders home game in April 2015. The atmosphere at the hotel was soooo amazing. It was filled with others Islanders fans. Their in house restaurant, Champions, has top notch pub food that did not disappoint. The hotel rooms were large comfortable and very clean. The Marriott is a well kept property. I... More

We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the Nassau Coliseum . We were arriving from the UK and had yet to get our concert tickets ! Hallie at reception checked us in and asked if we were there for the hockey game that night , to which we replied no Barry Manilow the following night !! We asked... More

This is a top notch hotel next to the convention center. It's a little hard to find because it sits at the back of the Convention center and is blocked from view from the street. The lobby, restaurants, common areas are inviting, but the room itself was what earned it my top rating. Large, clean, cheery, and a wonderful bed.... More

I'll start off by saying I did not choose this hotel. I was the winner of a contest that flew me in for a concert and they paid for the room as well. I was pleasantly surprised with this establishment. It was literally a three minute walk from the lobby to the concert venue. (There's a small that you can... More

My 6-year-old son and I spent two nights at the Long Island Marriott to have an easy place to crash after watching our beloved Islanders. The hotel is large and comfortable. My son was thrilled to get a room that overlooks Nassau Coliseum. The atmosphere prior to the games was awesome, with a lobby/bar full of excited Islanders fans. Something... More

This is a nice pretty large hotel. It looks as if it took over some of the parking lot of the Nassau Coliseum. The fit and finish inside and of the building were all very nice. This was a bit surprising as the location and parking lot seem decidely downscale for the quality of the hotel. The bedroom was good... More

I hadn't stayed here in a while. The place is huge and on a cold snowy night and an Islanders game, and a parking lot full of blocked spaces it was not a good start to the stay. However, it is a cookie cutter, old style property in need of "something". The lobby is huge and was lively with Hockey... More

A rather bland, empty-feeling foyer sets the tone for the hotel. The rooms are "fine", the bar & restaurant is "fine". There is a coffee bar that opens at 6.30 but don't hope to get breakfast before any early business meetings as that only opens about 6am. I know it is a US thing but I always think that a... More
