We have stayed in different agriturismi in Tuscany and Borgo Rapale is by far the best. The apartments are large, comfortable, well appointed and have private outdoor dining areas. We stayed in Filippo for a week--2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a covered terazzo and a sloping area down to the fence where we sat and enjoyed the panaoramic views. There is... More

Borgo Rapale is perfectly situated for visiting Toscane. In two hours you'll reach Borgo Rapale by car from Pisa airport. The owners of this friendly and authentic accommodation, with astonishing views, are very kind and can tell you all about the history of Borgo Rapale and show you the old cellar and house. The quietness, beautiful views and swimming pool... More

Beautiful, peaceful, relaxing and great accommodation for what you pay! We got our true tuscan experience basing out of this wonderful property while we explored tuscany. Be ready to speak the language with locals in the small country villages- English is not as common as you might think!

We just completed a two week stay, and have already booked for next year. We have been to Italy twice before in our travels, but have never expereinced such peace and happiness as we did here. We had the Jacopo apartment, which gives you views from all angles, as well as a beautiful outdoor space. Gisella and Fortunato are wonderful... More

Our group consist of 8 people and we stayed in Caterina and Edoardo located on the second floor with private access. Both apartments are spacious with full kitchen and amenities, very clean and comfortable. We all had a very good rest and a fresh start for each day of our sightseeing trip in both Chianti and the Brunello Region as... More

We had only been in our apartment, shutters open with a view of the valleys and vineyards beyond, when we said to ourselves (family members: 7): this is it, this is what we have wanted to experience all our lives, and we will come back. This may sound like excessive enthusiasm from a novice traveller. But we know Tuscany, we... More

After anticipating that we were staying in a room in a farmhouse we got a fantastic surprise. One of the farm building behind the owners villa has been converted into 8 apartments. Our was overlooking the Ambra Valley adjacent to a small medieval village. Our apartment had a full kitchen and bbq outside supplied with firewood. It is a 30... More

We had a great time here! Owners were friendly and helpful without interfering. Apartment was large and well stocked. Ambra is the cutest town ever. Great place to escape the crowds and enjoy beautiful Tuscany.

This agriturismo was very comfortable. Our appartment was very well equipped (apart from the small uncomfortable sofa) and nicely set out. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed hearing about the history of the house and the small village. The location was very nice because slightly isolated, perched on a hill providing great views, but also in... More
