I have stayed here several times now. It is clean, quiet, well maintained. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there is a very nice picnic area. The price is unbeatable. The owner is a great guy and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place to stay...Location is perfect.. Breath taking view...The place is clean, quiet. The staff is very friendly. Especially the owner of the place. Very nice guy. He took care of all our needs immediately. I highly recommend this place. Its very close to Bear Mountains, Seven Lake Drive and Ski Resort. Cheers ! ! ! !

Maybe because I did not get the password right the first time the staff told me and asked him for another time, he is very impatient. When I checked ouy, he talked to me rudy to let me drop the key to him. By the way, there is no wifi in room. You have to sit in the registration office... More

If you are traveling to or from the northwest (Binghamton, Rochester, Buffalo, Toronto) and want to stay about 1 hour outside of NYC, you simply cannot do better! This motel is clean, quiet, safe, magnificently located on park-like grounds, well-maintained, run by the nicest guy in the world, and dirt cheap!!!! I travel to NYC frequently and love staying here... More

Okay I think there are better choices nearby. Positive : The staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are very dated. Tiles are falling off in the shower. The carpet felt damp under your feet. The room wasn't cleaned very well, and could fine spider webs. I think they need to invest in some bleach and a better washer for the... More

This is one of the best values in hotels I've had for a long time. For about $50, I got a super-clean, tidy room reminiscent of the travels I did with my grand parents years ago. It was a nice (and much cheaper!) alternative to chain hotels. Very quiet location set up on a hill with a nice view of... More

Highly recommended! Clean room and a good price, what more can I ask for? View of green hills opposite the motel is awesome in the morning when I walked out to greet the morning. Might be difficult to access without a car and the swimming pool is not usable.

We came here for the Spartan Race which is only a mile away. Although the hotel is dated, it is very clean, has large rooms and not a hint of smoke. The place has potential to be something incredible but it is fine as is and it is nice not to pay an arm and a leg for a room.

( smokers always smell like that so they won't care about any of this, hey, they probably would give the place 5 green circles.) the bathrooms are old... More
