The hotel is ordinary but it was generally clean and comfortable. The exception was our bed spread which was stained. The staff was polite. The free breakfast was the typcial continental breakfast fare which was fine. The only complaint was the number of tables in the dining area. They are a bit over-sized which is great if you traveling with... More

This is certainly an older Best Western. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was very small, but to be expected in an old hotel. The rate we were charged was a little over a $100, thought this type hotel should be in the $85-95 range, but not too many hotels in the area. If you need... More

This is a very pleasant property off a major highway. My room on the first floor was very clean and neat. Furnishings seemed new. I did appreciate the very comfortable and efficient office chair, and a convenient power strip located next to the small desk. Internet speed tested out a 5MBs/DL and 1/MBs/UL. Breakfast was what has become the standard...waffle,... More

This one was considerably cheaper than staying in Ithica and we were heading north anyway. Absolutely nothing special about this hotel but it was clean, quiet and good value. Checking in at reception was painless. Room on second floor with no lift. It was a very spacious room which made the lack of a table by the sofa-bed even more... More

We didn't have a problem at all with the room or stay. Everything was very clean and beds were even comfortable. We didn't try the internet to see how fast it was but other then that we were very happy with our stay. And the breakfast was good.

Room was very warm and air conditioner was not very helpful in cooling. The lobby was very dark and un-inviting. I was checking in and my child asked to use the bathroom and the desk clerk said, "I don't have a public bathroom, but I'll be nice and let you use the employee batchroom". We were checking in, but it... More

I mean, it's a hotel; an average-to-good hotel. Decent breakfast, comfortable beds, free cable. Thick enough walls that you won't hear your next-door neighbor's alarm go off in the morning. Safe, clean and comfortable, and within easy driving distance of Syracuse. (No exercise room, though, which was kind of a disappointment.) But what you won't find mentioned on the brochure... More

The place was very clean, comfortable beds but not the most updated decor. The breakfast was quite basic, compared to the other hotels in the area. Could have used a full-time staff member attending to the breakfast area.

Nothing special. An older hotel with some cosmetic upgrades. Clean, but absolutely no frills. Just ok for the money, but I'd probably spend the extra 30 next time for a full-on nice hotel. Beds were ok.

Price was fair. You can see that everything is kept up nicely. Clean, quiet and comfortable. I had to relocate the work station to be able to have enough outlet space. Internet was strong and consistent. The breakfast was above average. I would recommend.
