The people were very nice.I wouls recommend to a friend and I will use them for my travel in that area again.Parking ie easy and access to the local major highways was quite simple. After having a bad experience at a Best Western once, I had been weary about staying in one again. I was pleasantly surprised, however, upon arriving at the Best Western In Tully. The staff and lobby were typical - nice and satisfactory. When I walked into my room, however, I was surprised to see that it had relatively recently been... More

Had a terrible experience at this hotel due to a front office person named "Christy". She was absolutely rude to myself and to the guest that had checked in to attend a family wedding. When leaving and expressed my concerns to the desk manager about this employee, he seemed uninterested and uncaring. Will never stay there again!

The hotel is ordinary but it was generally clean and comfortable. The exception was our bed spread which was stained. The staff was polite. The free breakfast was the typcial continental breakfast fare which was fine. The only complaint was the number of tables in the dining area. They are a bit over-sized which is great if you traveling with... More

This is certainly an older Best Western. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was very small, but to be expected in an old hotel. The rate we were charged was a little over a $100, thought this type hotel should be in the $85-95 range, but not too many hotels in the area. If you need... More

This is a very pleasant property off a major highway. My room on the first floor was very clean and neat. Furnishings seemed new. I did appreciate the very comfortable and efficient office chair, and a convenient power strip located next to the small desk. Internet speed tested out a 5MBs/DL and 1/MBs/UL. Breakfast was what has become the standard...waffle,... More

This one was considerably cheaper than staying in Ithica and we were heading north anyway. Absolutely nothing special about this hotel but it was clean, quiet and good value. Checking in at reception was painless. Room on second floor with no lift. It was a very spacious room which made the lack of a table by the sofa-bed even more... More

We didn't have a problem at all with the room or stay. Everything was very clean and beds were even comfortable. We didn't try the internet to see how fast it was but other then that we were very happy with our stay. And the breakfast was good.

Room was very warm and air conditioner was not very helpful in cooling. The lobby was very dark and un-inviting. I was checking in and my child asked to use the bathroom and the desk clerk said, "I don't have a public bathroom, but I'll be nice and let you use the employee batchroom". We were checking in, but it... More

I mean, it's a hotel; an average-to-good hotel. Decent breakfast, comfortable beds, free cable. Thick enough walls that you won't hear your next-door neighbor's alarm go off in the morning. Safe, clean and comfortable, and within easy driving distance of Syracuse. (No exercise room, though, which was kind of a disappointment.) But what you won't find mentioned on the brochure... More
