Stayed with Rose and Melissa this past weekend for a weekend getaway. Room was fantastic and super clean. Breakfast was so delicious!! The couples massage and hot tub were a great addition to our stay as well. Location is perfect for exploring the Finger Lakes! Will be coming back in the Spring with the kids!!

We flew in from Central America to visit family friends and could not be happier. Cozy and comfortable all around. Rose is a phenomenal host and wonderful chef! Our 11 month old baby was with us and we had plenty of room for play and also friends to visit. Location is great- close to Ithaca and downtown Trumansburg. Highly recommended.

House and rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice, welcoming and accommodating. If staying in this area we highly recommend this B&B. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The location is perfect for exploring the heart of the Finger Lakes between Cayuga and Seneca lakes. The owner is actively involved in the property and even hand-selects ingredients for the outstanding breakfast. The property itself beautiful, clean, well-restored with contemporary amenities such as radiant bathroom floors. Walk to the burgeoning dining scene in Trumansburg and go for full bottle... More

Fantastic Spot just west of Cayuga Lake. Rose is an amazing host and the breakfasts were excellent! The food in the area is great, especially the Hazelnut Cafe you have to go there if you visit! We stayed for 2 nights in the Seneca Suite. Very nice room. We thought it was a great spot since we were doing a... More

My husband and I had a great time staying in the Pinot suite. It's beautifully decorated and cozy. Rose was so kind and helpful, and she had great recommendations for dinner and wineries. We did the relaxation package and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfasts were amazing, and it was an excellent way to start the day.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We had the Chardonnay suite and it was perfect! It was too warm for a fire, but the fireplace was pretty to look at. The home is immaculate, the food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. Some complained of road noise, we didn't have an issue. We loved to be close to town... More

We decided to stay at a B&B to have a different experience and we loved it. Rose is a very nice hostess and prepared everything very carefully. The rooms are small but charming and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was amazing with a jacuzzi and gorgeous shower (we stayed in the main house). Everything was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious and Rose was wonderful. We asked her a lot of questions about the house and it has some interesting history, which I love. Had a perfect stay.

My wife choose the property because of the bed and breakfast feel with the confront of modern touches. It did not disappoint. We stayed in the 2nd house (which only has 2 bedrooms) so we were able to use the living and dinning room (if we wanted to) without any issues. The suite we had was nice with a fireplace.... More
