Very nice property and good stay. Using the DoubleTree internet reservation system was awful... a surprise since it is a Hilton property... once at the hotel the service and staff and rooms were very good... Maybe calling the hotel directly for reservations would be a better way to go

I would say overall the hotel "appears" to be nice. But a close look tells you something more. The pool had a layer of scum around the edge. Large property, good rates, free parking, clean weel-appointed rooms. Did not eat at breakfast buffet, but went to great diner across the street. We only used the room to rest overnight on our way to "the city"

Everything about this Doubletree is excellent. The staff is friendly, the location is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I stay here whenever I am visiting my family in Sleepy Hollow. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the lower Hudson Valley.

Jackie at the front desk is amazing if you get her to check you in; she really understands customer service and how to accommodate a weary traveler! The rooms were comfortable and near many towns and restaurants.

The hotel went a renovation several years back and while the lobby and public spaces were totally updated the rooms were just given a coat of paint, flat screen TVs and comfortable beds, and a redone bathroom.
