I've stayed in a lot of Doubletree's across the USA (50+). I was shocked with this doubletree experence. Rude staff. Expensive rooms (compared to other Doubletree's). Small bathrooms. My husband and I recently returned from our second stay at this hotel. We love the location and accomodating staff. We also love the convenience to the city on the scenic train ride. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant and the beds are so comfortable. We hope to return again for our next visit to New York. more
