We are regulars at the Courtyards by Marriott so we never check the condition of the rooms when checking in, not only that ,we have over the years have stayed at this hotel before, so we were surprised by dirty and stained floors in our room and general poor and shopworn condition.We foolishly mentioned this to the front desk manager... more

Average hotel, mostly clean. What expected for this chain. Not the prettiest hotel in area, the sheraton tarrytown, when we stayed there last year, was brand new and much nicer. We stayed overnight at the hotel on the way from DC to Massachusetts. Our room was clean and up to Marriott Courtyard standards. The beds were fine. We definitely enjoyed our breakfast in the morning - that was part of our room deal. more
