I recently stayed at the Sheraton Tarrytown for one night. We called prior to arrival to let them know that we needed a crib in the room and would be arriving about midnight. When we arrived and I mentioned the crib request, the very nice gentleman behind the Front Desk told me that he did not believe a crib had... more

I loved this place! I'm only sorry that we only needed to stay for one night. I booked this hotel because we were traveling home to the metro DC area from a week-long vacation in Vermont. I have two girls, 8 and 2. I believe this place is only about 25 miles from Manhattan. I've stayed in Manhattan before and... more

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this was (in terms of being a Sheraton). Stayed here during Memorial Day long weekend and had no issues whatsoever. The bed, linens, towels and bathroom fixtures all seemed really new and high quality. Also noticed they finally got rid of the crappy Pantene / Vaseline toiletries that they used to have at Sheraton's and... more

Upon checking in we were greeted with a welcome drink at the front desk. In the room, we found a spacious room, a large bathroom, and a welcome letter with a free Trader Jack's chocolate bar. Mmmmmm.... We only stayed at this hotel for one night as we were only traveling through. The hotel is clean, internet was included, and... more

i think this hotel would be fine for business travelers, but if you're traveling with young kids, it is not a good place to go. also, who doesn't offer free internet anymore? when we were there, there was a wedding party on our floor and they made LOTS of noise. pros: +the bed +free parking, but most ppl did not... more

We live nearby but came for a little Valentine's Day fun with the kids. Loved the comfy beds with white down duvets and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant off the lobby instead of going out. Since it was Valentine's Day there was a pricey prix fixe, but they did offer... more

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The hotel is easy to get to from the freeway and is just a couple miles away from the train from NY city. It is public-transportation-accessible from LaGuardia via train, and from the train you can take a cab to the hotel or take the free shuttle which drops you off... more

We recently stayed at the Tarrytown Sheraton for a wedding. The property was clean, the staff attentive and friendly, and the rooms large bright and very clean. Since we had driven about 2 hrs thru NYC traffic, the smile and ease of check-in at the reception desk was most gratifying. Shortly after, we headed to the bar area for a... more
