We stayed here for one night on our way to Newport, Rhode Island. The hotel is fine. Room was spacious enough and very clean. The one drawback is that it is located quite far from downtown Tarrytown. By car it's only a few minutes away, however, but I like to walk and found the location a bit distant. Other than... more

We arrived early and our room was ready. The staff was great and the room was good for two people.Very clean and every think worked in the room.Breakfast was very good and all the food was hot.The underground parking on the 2nd floor was very good since it snowed during the night and we did not have clean the car off.The... more

We stayed at the Springhill Suites for an extended period (almost a month) while waiting for our new home to be ready. The hotel was very accommodating with our situation (no complaints about the 20 gallon fish tank we had in the room, or the numerous other moving boxes). Hotel service was excellent, and housekeeping was very good about cleaning... more

The hotel is beginning to show some wear and tear, but it was fine. The lights in the exterior sign were not fully illuminated, the bed was starting to sag, the wall paper was beginning to peel in the corners, the furniture had been knocked around a bit with a chip here and there. It was ok. We paid $224... more

We had a great stay here. It is convenient to Sunnyside and Kykuit (5 miles or less); it was quiet, very clean, roomy with fridge/mircrowave/coffee & tea maker, apples and cookies available during the day, excellent breakfast buffet, parking garage just out the hallway, daily paper, and small living room. We got a very cheap rate by booking a no... more

As a travel agent who often stays at Marriotts due to discounts I recieve, I must say this was the worst experience I had at a Marriott family property. Fortunately, what this meant was that we did not have the prerequisite bath towels or coffee maker in our room. We did request towels and recieved them promptly, and no coffee... more

We stayed on a Fri nite, and got a very good rate. We had a king suite, that was much smaller than Residence Inn, but was good for the price. I give Marriott credit, their site clearly states the square footage of each room. The "double suite" with 2 beds is much larger than the king suite, so if you... more

We stayed here for two nights while attending a wedding at Abigail Kirsch. It was very good value for a family of 2 adults/2 teens. The suite was quite spacious with enough space for everyone and a useful kitchenette. The free breakfast was a good bonus - hot eggs, sausage, a waffle station and all the usual cold offerings. We... more

We stayed 2 nights and will definitely stay here again. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was more than most hotels....eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, juices, fresh fruit....and everything was kept very clean. We caught the free shuttle to the train station each day and called from the... more
