As world travelers who love and appreciate first-class experiences, I cannot give enough praise to Nehapwa to do it justice. I will start with the innkeepers--Tom and Jeff. For certain you have never come across warmer, more welcoming hosts anywhere--people who are beyond gracious, fun, engaging, truly working towards you having an exceptional experience at their place. Only they never... More

The location is convenient from manhattan but far enough away to feel like a true getaway. The grounds and the house are impeccably maintained and Tom and Jeff always seem to be working on a new project to make it even better. There are plenty of activities in the area to keep you occupied IF for some reason you decide... More

I took my wife and two small children to stay at Nehapwa for a weekend and it was one of the best weekends away I have had for a long time. The house, in the heart of the Catskills has a very special energy, with beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, a full... More

Everything was perfect, the rooms, the decor, the food, the setting and especially the hosts, Tom & Jeff. You couldn't find a more beautiful setting in the Hudson Valley and the fall colors were spectacular. Sitting on the covered veranda in comfy chairs looking out over the picture perfect landscape of forest and mountains is something to behold. What brings... More

I just had the fortune of attending a small leadership retreat at Nehapwa this week. I can't say enough good things about the property, the rooms, the food and the team! Our leadership team has been fortunate to stay at many wonderful 5 star hotels and I would definitely hold Nehapwa to that standard and by far the best B&B... More

As soon as I drove up it I knew my hunch was right, this was the perfect escape I was needing. Every thing about the place was amazing , the grounds, the home and the... More

Magical, amazing place, delicious food & lovely hosts. I love coming here. I didn't really want to post this review since I wanted Nehapwa to remain a secret but I want to make sure other people are able to experience this wonderful place.

Set in the beautiful Catskills and a short drive from the village of Hudson with its many antique shops, Nehapwa is the ideal location to spend a restful few days. The house and property are very well kept and the rooms are beautifully appointed. A wonderfully meticulous restoration effort over the past years has brought the historic home back to... More

Outstanding physical beauty, an historic homestead that has been lovingly cared for, and great breakfasts equal a real sense of peace and pleasure, even during a business offsite! Will return; host Tom Uberuaga offers a quality of hospitality that perfectly fits Nehapwa's serenity. Highly recommend.

Wow did this trip exceed our expections! This estate is absolutely stunning. It has been meticulously renovated for over a decade. The house, gardens, and all the views create an amazing environment where you feel like you are 3000 miles from Manhattan. Jeff the owner takes the stay to another level as he anticipates all your needs before you have... More
